I got the call at 2:30 a.m. and when I answered there was no one on the line.  How very rude and why our government allows its citizens to be bothered at such hours is beyond me.

I just searched around the net after I recieved a call, though I did not answer and then I came across this thread and found the exact number 1-616-980-2604. Reading all the threads and finding out I wasn't the only one. WTF?? I live in Canada for pete's sake, DO NOT CALL ME AGAIN!!!

Well to use the words of a previous poster, a "low-life" candidate has started using this number for the new election cycle....HILLARY!  Got the call at an inappropriate hour on my government office "tipline."  Isn't it against campaign law to contact government workers on the job for campaign purposes?

I just called the contact point and spoke to a person named Kevin.  He took my phone number and the number that called me and told me he would have them remove my number.  Very simple.  Thank you FamosAce!

They called me at 11 pm while I was getting ready to sleep.  How rude and how can this be stopped.  The recording was inaudible.  What's the deal.

These people call at odd and inappropriate hours! They called my cell phone @ 11:15 PM.  I was already in bed and thought thet there was an emergency it being so late. When you pick up you get an inaudible political rant from I don't know who.  These people should not call after a certain hour and the person who paid to have these calls placed should be exposed.

I work on a college campus and operate the phones.  I got a nine minute message from this number.  Boooo.

recorded message from Hillary herself! Thought at first must be a joke from one of my liberal friends, but not the case. Had to go throw up!

Got a call from this number at 2:30am Mountain time.  Called again at a more human time this morning.  Picked up. It was some pre-recorded political person ranting about something... well political.  I believe it was supposed to be someone that is in the race for the presidency, but I honestly could not tell who it was.

So, not only was this annoying (2:30am), but it was completely ineffective.  I hope the folks paying this company to shill for them are not paying them much money.

Odd - starts out 'push 9999 for options' then 'visit johnedwards.com' then a speech from Mike Gravel, maybe more since I hung up after a few minutes. I can't see this being from either candidate when both are featured, and apparently Mitt Romney was on earlier ones. Got to be some kind of prank. The phone number may be spoofed, so it may not even be the telemarketing company. Maybe the telemarketing company called one too many times and someone is getting back. Who knows.

I received a call at 3:22 A.M. (CST) from this # and when I said hello, it sounded like a TV going in the background but I didn't get a recording or hear any voices.  I hung up, no one ever called back.  This is annoying and concerning to get these calls at this time of morning.  To say the least, it makes me a bit disgruntled.  When I tried calling the # back, I got a fast busy signal and couldn't get through.

I got Obama talking about Justice Brandeis (how long has he been dead?). This isn't politics, it's the spammers/ virus crowd playing politics. I doubt any of them will ever get laid so we have to suffer through this.

On my work voicemail, I have the same type of recorded political rant discribed above. Thank you to all the folks who actually let us know - you got it too! I will delete it and move on!

Received phone call at 2:18am.  Some kind of politcal recording.

As of today's count, since November 6th when these calls started this number has called our call center 164 times across 65 different TOLL FREE 800, 866, 877 and 888 numbers that we have. Four complaints have been lodged with the FCC, we finally got a response on the complaint we filed in early December saying that we had filed a complaint but nothing else.  There has to be a faster way to keep this guy from causing money hemorages like this.

Well it has been about a week since the FCC got in touch with us about this number.  Seems that the calls have stopped, or the number has changed, or something.  I am still watching for any indication of these recordings comming in.  

Maybe the FCC did something right?
