There were two calls from this number that came in on a personal 800 number at the residence of a subscriber of the phone company I work for.  She reported the calls, since she didn't recognize the number.  Both calls came in shortly after midnight, and didn't last long although she reports not hearing the phone ring.

Blank calls.....at odd hours.....but no one talks...but not disconnected

I have received several calls from this number over last three days--messages are never left.  Tonight I called the number back and it gave me the option of putting my number on a no call list.  I hope it works.

Saying NO and hanging up on this caller does not stop them from
calling back. It is most unwanted and it needs to stop.
They have no restrictions of the hours they call early morning to late
nights. It is non stop with these people, who I do not even know, nor want to.

I have gotten several calls from several numbers. Same message about a car warranty. When I told them to stop harrassing me, the guy hung up. I registered my cell number with the National Do Not call list, but the calls have not stopped yet. It could take up to 30 days, so we shall see.
