Well I am now on day 3 of this company calling me every hour and then it just clicks and disconnects.  I've called back to (617) 475-3027 which says this is a phone survey then beeps so I left voice mails stating to please remove my number and stop calling.  I'm going to start to get nasty and I have filled out a complaint with Qwest and they told me to go to the FCC and file a complaint there to.

I get continuous calls from this number. The caller ID just shows (.)  What is that?!?  It is really annoying. I am on the Do not call list too. What is the point of having such a list if it doesn't work?

Since April 26th through today April 28, I have received a phone call from the number below almost every hour on the hour starting at 9AM Mtn Time.  

I have called the number back and get some recording that says it is Net Research Services survey callback number.  It appears to go to voice mail and I have left over 16 messages since the 28th to stop calling my number 505 292 5352.

Emailed & submitted online form with FCC then called them and they said they can do nothing because it is a "survey" service and survey firms are exempt.  They recommended I call my local carrier - QWest, to see if they can block the number.

I called QWest and they said they can't block long distance calls.  They did say I can use the trace options (#57) and if I get three good/valid traces they will contact the company and let them know there are complaints.  This costs $1.25 a trace and the automation trace will tell me if it is good or not.

What really sucks is that when you do a search on this firm "Net Resource Services" there is NO general company information to be found, so there is no way to write or email or call this firm to let them know how frustrating and annoying their "calling service" is.  The only information I have found is:

When I receive the call all I get is clicks, volume increase/decrease, then dead air until a recording comes on to say that the number is invalid and to either contact the operator or try the number again.

If I call the caller ID number of 617 475 3027 - I get a recording stating this is Net Resource Services survey callback number, it beeps like going to voice mail - which I have left numerous messages and then disconnects.

I think I will try the Better Business Bureau next if the traces don't work.  Someone, somewhere needs to stop this company!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I've been getting at LEAST 5 calls a day here in NM for the last couple of days, and every 1/2 hour so far today. Finally *69'd and got this number... FCC here I come...

I called the FCC to speak to a live agent to report this #. Unfortunately, because it is not a telemarketing call your complaint cannot be implemented. You can however use your call screening feature on your phone by dialing "Star" 60 and then following the menu guidelines. I don't know if this is limited to Comcast as a feature, or widely available....

Today is day 3 of these calls from this #.  Caller ID says they are calling from ( . )  They call every hour. Lets just say when they called today I blew a really loud whistle into the phone.  They didn't call back yet.  Me and my husband call them Boob.  Just because that is what the caller ID picture looks like.  LOL!!

I've been getting calls from this number more frequently lately and have made complaints to the ftc.gov complaint site each time. They generally disconnect after 3 rings if I don't answer so I presume they are either verifying valid numbers to sell to telemarketers and other lowlifes, or trolling for fax numbers, also to sell to fax spammers and other lowlifes. It's the only way they can make money from hang up or dead air calls that I can think of.

I have a call from this number today .... no message.

I am getting the same irritating phone calls. I don't know how to STOP THEM.

I am going to send a COMPLAINT REPORT to ATTORNEY GENERAL.

Has anybody found a way to STOP THESE CALLS????

I am getting at least 5-8 calls a day from this number and there is never anyone on the line, the call lasts 6-9 seconds then hangs up. VERY annoying!

Ok, Net research services has called me at least 12 times today. I have filed numerous complaints with the FCC and there doesn't seem to be anyone willing to stop these idiots. If you have QWest, there is a feature that you can add to your line called 'call rejection'. You have to have the service first in order to block the number. Fortunately, I have this service and I added them today. It might be worth it for those of you who have QWest to look into this feature. Might be worth it's weight in gold. Good luck everyone!!

That number has called me at least three times today and I've been receiving calls for several weeks now. I don't know who they are or how I ended up on their list, but I'm now getting upset over this situation...

I started receiving calls from this number yesterday (4/27/2010)...got several calls yesterday and already TWELVE calls today.  I tried calling the number back and received an automated message claiming they are "Net Research Services" conducting a "public phone survey" and that my opinion is very important.  Except nobody answers the phones or responds when I answer the calls for me to GIVE my opinion, which is to STOP CALLING ME.  Have filed an electronic complaint with the FCC and am going to check with my service provider to see if I can get the number blocked.

Caller ID says "(.)" What's that about? Who is this and what do they want. No message. Time stamp was an hour ago.

Received a call from this number at 2:16 p.m. PST on 4/28/2010, no message left, just Cambridge Mass and this number on the caller I.D. I've filed a report at https://complaints.donotcall.gov/complaint/complaintcheck.aspx?panel=2 as I am on the do not call list myself.
