Calling to lower my interest rate on my credit cards.  This does not apply to me.  I get 1 - 2 calls per day.  Very annoying.  They don't identify what company they are calling from.  This needs to stop!

Recorded call.  "Bridget from Credit Card Services."  Yeah,right.  This is one of the oldest scam
calls going around.  Sometimes it's Rachel, Ginger, Michelle, Hillary, Chelsea, etc.

These wahoos called me FOURTEEN times this morning alone. Altogether, they've called SIXTY SEVEN times in the past week. On their fifteenth call this morning I decided enough was enough and I took their call. When the con artist came on the line I responded in a hushed, hurried tone "It's finished, but there's blood everywhere" and promptly hung up. Odd... They haven't called since.

Left half a voicemail with a robovoice. Something about card services? Obviously a scam. I just feel so bad for the elderly people who fall for this stuff.

Mary, I think Bud's point is that a movie would at least demonstrate to people – who get all of their information from movies rather than having a brain or a thought process of their own – that these scams exist and happen often. Might wise them up just a bit and help them handle it properly should someone try to get over on them.

When I get a call from an unknown, unidentified I sometimes pick up and hang up as quickly as possible. Seems to discourage them from calling again.

I just received a call from this number and didn't answer.

Didn't answer.  Called back.   Recorded message "if you would like to be put on no all list pls press 1 now."   I didn't because these people will only call you from another of the BOGUS phone numbers they use.   Just keep reporting everyone.   It's very annoying.

Called and left no VM.  Suspicious

Another robo-caller on a tie-line. Scam-fraud devil dogs with another credit card scam. The best way to stop all of these robo-calling frauds is to severely fine and lock up the executives at the telcos that rent them the numbers, thus facilitating the criminal activities, then fine and lockup all of the perpretrators. Bunch of telephone terrorists, along with the phony politicos, causes, surveys, charities, etc.that are forever calling. Another number for the callblocker!

Called my cell.  Left no message.  ID said Alpine, CA.  I'm blocking.

This number showed up on my caller ID a half hour ago and didn't leave a message.
