The number called me today but I didn't pick up and it went to my voice mail. There was dead silence in the message that was left in my voice mail box.

Calling & leaving no message - absolutely dead on other end no response on other end of call.

Got a call from 641-751-3900 cause they [***] themselves stupid [***]. The owner of the company is [***] breaks his legs off.
Picked up the phone, dead air. Nada.

i recieved this call i never answered it but now i know what it is by using the extension on this website thanks it is an agency trying apprently to help you fight collection agencies well any ways i want to get rid of it i will be answering it to tell them to not to call back

Got a call from this number.  Calling back just get a voice asking for a mailbox.

It is most likey not a scam. Sometimes people just automatically jump to this conclusion.

The number obviously has many extensions. Based on my research in Google (Korina is right about Google- Feb 18th), the number matches with different business opportunities. Whether it' network marketing, MLM, etc. This is not to say it is a scam, but the fact that people are receiving text messages, and being spammed is not an honest way to market an opportunity.
Unless your wireless carrier sells your information for marketing purposes that is.

With this number I have seen many different extensions. It is either many indivuals who purchase different extensions and market their direct sales, network marketing, or home businesses. Or it is one person who takes part in many different opportunities, and owns the one number.

The number you call is just a way to generate leads for whomever is promoting their product and opportunity.

Here are a few matches for this number:

One product matches with someone who is marketing a product called GBG. This is also built into network marketing and direct sales business model.
Specifically a home based business where you market a Liquid Multivitamin Product. From what I have seen, it looks like a great product. I am not one to jump on every opportunity out there, but I could use some all natural liquid Vitamins!

The second bit of information on the same number, comes up with a match to a network marketing company, but I did not inquire what the product was.
$3,500 profit per sale of some product which I am not aware of.

Be careful when choosing an opportunity...don't think everything is a scam.
Unless you're content working for the Man for the rest of your life that is.

Make sure it's a product you believe in. Make sure that there is a product. If it is just an exchange of money, then it could be a pyramid, which is a scam. Oh and by the way, a Pyrmaid scam has no connection to MLM and Network Marketing. They are real businesses, and people are making a very nice living doing them. Don't fall for the $1,000 a day hype out there. But don't discount something because it seems "too good to be true."
That saying holds people back in their lives. People are afraid of risk, and many don't get out of their comfort zone.

Do your diligent research, but also realize that the comments you see on Google, are the opinions of those who wrote them. To each her/his own.
This seperates the difference between positive and negative feedback you find about MLM, Network Marketing, and other types of Home Businesses. That's why people think its a scam. We as Humans are sometimes easily molded by past experiences and what other people around us say.  

Just do your research, and talk to people who are involved with an opportunity.

I received their call today. It's an automated system (probably a predictive dialer). A pre-recorded message (French voice - I am in Montreal) promoting & claiming they can offer government subvention programs for small businesses that most ppl don't know about. This is definately a private company promoting consulting services to get grants and loans from government for entrepreneurs. Someone else i know received their call also sometime before Xmas. Good luck. P.S. their also leave a callback phone number in the message, but i couldn't understand since the pre-recorded message was of poor quality.

I get this number every so often. Once in awhile I answer to see if anything's changed. Nothing ever does, it seems they just like to check if the phone number is active.

How can I stop this.. It's been 3 weeks this number 641-715-3900 calls everyday... I'm just bored now... Anything we can do???

some guy(claimed he worked for a basketball org. NIKE) called me and left a message w/this #6417153900 ext4607454 and i called it back and gave him my # to return the call....needless to say i was conned out of $300!

Goodluck getting Bell Canada to have the faintest interest in stopping these JUNK calls. They could care less
who does what with their phone lines. So I asked the Customer Service 'Feeb'...If a customer in a retaurant
was MIS using the cutlery or throwing plates around the dining room, would you make them stop?
So WHY don;t you get your customers to stop mis using YOUR service, I.E> the phone lines these irritating swines uses!

Said hello a couple times, heard nothing so I hung up.

Received call Mar 2/08 at 4:58 pm.   I just picked up receiver without saying anything.  within 30 seconds a recording came on to offer lower interest rate on a credit card, and for more information to call 647-477-8358.  Obviously I didn't call that number as it is quite obvious that this is some sort of a scam, since the number given is a cell phone number in the Greater Toronto Area.

this number keeeps calling me and when i try to call them back i find that they are asking me for an extention number, but when i tyr to dial one it tells me that it is invalid! what the hell is going on with these people, they are in Iowa seriously this mission for christ crap is just too much! this has to stop.

641-715-3900 called and left voice mail, asking if I was still having debt trouble, and creditors calling me.  Nice of them to be concerned, fortunately, I live in an expensive part of town for a reason!

First I was getting several calls each day from these a$$holes hiding behind the call display number of 000-012-3456. Now they call and hide behind another fake caller ID number of 641-715-3900. The automated dialer recording claimed to for some debt consolidation service called Ontario Consumer Credit Assistance and left a call back number of 647-477-8358. That number as someone already posted is a Greater Toronto Area cellular phone number.

I masked my caller ID buy dialing *67, then calling them at the 647 area code number. I followed the instructions to remove my name from the database. I guess I'll know soon enough if the calls stop. If not I will also be contacting the BBB, the CRTC and perhaps the federal minister of consumer and corporate affairs. We Canadians need to speak up and have our laws changed to prevent deceptive use of caller ID and telemarketing uses of auto dialers etc. Since our American neighbours have implemented their national do-not-call registry all these vermin are now flooding our phonelines. I can hardly wait until September when our own DNC list is finally implemented. I'm sick of getting an average of 6 of these types of calls a day despite having an unlisted number and subscribing to call privacy service.

Gawd, I'd love to drop kick these telemarketing cockroaches right in their fookin' marketing nards.
