Last received a call from this number in 2011 with "New York Call" in the caller ID.
Last night (11/13/2014), they called 4 times in a 2-hour span with "VIACOM" in the caller ID.  I wasn't home (wouldn't have answered anyway) and now they're blocked.

I missed the call 11/9/14 but they got me two hours later (different caller ID, same M.O.; https://800notes.com/Phone.aspx/1-404-800-2021#p796559164977392617). Now they're both blocked.

They have been calling my phone all week including weekends! They need to stop!

Consider getting a call blocking device or phone.. You can google them and many are around $50.00 or so.If its a cell phone, some already have call blocking, if not, there are free apps on the web that will work for some. You can google this. If you have a smart phone, there is a free app called call control. Iphones appear to have apps also. Another one is called Mr. Number.

Left a message that the IRS is suing me.  Scammers!!! I never answer unknown callers; number blocked.
