Says they have a summons in your name and will serve you at home or place of work unless you call... they are not even using my legal name nor do I work! SCAM yesterday call was from Texas today from New York!... and I live hundreds of miles from either!

I believe this is a scam. They are trying to collect on a debt that's not even on my credit report. And I do believe that the matter that they're trying to get me to pay was already settled because my card was being hacked and taking all my money.

Called one day from Houston TX. One day it was restricted. One day it was from New York. Never says who he works for. One time he actually said he worked for the county in which I live. All the time threatening to come to my home and serve me with papers. Harassment. It's a scam. They've been doing it for a long time. No one ever shows up. I keep blocking the numbers but their computer keeps generating new ones.

These scammers call pretending to to serve papers.  Get a life!  Can't find an honest job?  Wow!  What losers!

Woman called claiming to be serving court summons for a Civil Suit in Washoe County. Had my last 4, which was disconcerting. Called Washoe County, all 4 courts ran my name and nothing came up. I haven’t lived there for more than a dozen years.

SCAM! Never showed. Pure scare tactic to have you call back. Do not call or answer these calls!

They called my number and my dad’s saying they had a court summons for me, total scam!

These people are buying old debts from companies that have discharged the debt. I actually had a decent conversation at first until they started to insinuate that my relative claimed they would pay this. When I called back and explained to them that there was no way to pay this in full they started to call me "sir" I asked repeatedly for them to not call me sir as they have my info and know that I am a women! They hung up on me, i called back and got hung up on several more times! Then I get a call back with someone telling me that they are having problems with their phone lines, ALL THE SUDDEN!!! I explained to them that wasn't the case the previous 4 times I talked to them? Man started calling me "sir" again, when I corrected him he hung up on me!!! Are you kidding me?!?! And yes they claim to be process servers, what they don't know is that clearly you get more flies with honey than you do with vinegar!!!

Be aware, it’s Illegal for anyone to call and collect debt over the phone!!! It’s illegal.. it has to be done in writing!  Be aware, Amen!

Be aware that is a bunch of hogwash!.  It is not illegal to collect a debt over the phone.  Of course you are always welcome to cite your source to prove me wrong.

My experience is the same as those listed here. Phone number for her "client" is 855-264-7611. I've reported that number as well.

There is no answer, just a "beeping" when I answer or it leaves a message. Has called about 7 times in the past hour. It's also on my work phone, which is even more odd.

Call almost daily.  It's always about a summons, or outstanding debt.  I've cursed them out several times.

Left message “for a fax order delivery. They have made several attempts to reach me at home and place of employment. They will make one last attempt to call call before they do so.”Said they could schedule another meeting place!!! Scam scam scam!!!

Scam Alert: This scammer said her name was Elly Moore and to call her back at 443-272-4826. File a complaint with FTC, FCC, etc.

Fraud Risk!  Tammy Watts called twice and left long messages not intended for me. She also called members of my family.   "Scheduled to serve legal documents".  "...you have failed to respond in a reasonable time, so if I am unable to obtain your signature I will surrender your documents back and they will proceed without you.  Any questions or concerns or you need to reschedule you have to contact the office handling your file directly at 806-298-6011. You have been officially notified.  Hope you plan accordingly."
To my knowledge you cannot "officially notify" a person via a random phone number and leave a message on an unknown voicemail. And since when do process servers schedule a time with you?  Who is "they" that are going to proceed without me?
First call, no number was identified.  Second call caller ID indicated "Fraud Risk". Number is not in service. Haven't called the 806# to see what the scam/fraud is about.
