You are very welcome!  I spent years here reading and learning from people who knew more then I did.  Then I started reading and learning more from outside sources.

OMG! Im so glad I found this, I have been so stressed calling court houses looking up info, my mother called me up panicked, all over this Ashley Harnett, that has called and said I need to be available between 3-5 to be served she gave me my case # and everything saying if I don't get served and miss the court date action will still be taken.This is the number they wanted me to call...844-939-1184. I have been a nervous wreck until I found this, and that's why Im writing my experience, hoping to help someone like me. THANK YOU TO EVERYONE BEFORE ME!!

Thank you for this, because this Ashley Harnett really scared the crap out of me and my mom, and the harassment can't be legal. Glad I found this site, more ppl need to know about this. Thx

According to your chart BigA, there are 3 states with 4 year statute of limitations.  I suppose you aren't quite the authority you thought you were.

Yes, I made a mistake.  But unlike you, I at least tried to help.  The only thing you ever do is cause trouble.  Just like in this thread where you hunted my screen name down to post another lame insult.  Not once in your life have you ever tried to help anyone but yourself.  Such a sad, sad, sad life you lead where your only enjoyment is trying to insult me.  You should really get treated for that obsession you have with me.  It is not normal and I am sure that you could find a mental health professional to help you with it.

Sounds like that person is jealous of you and actually admires you. She/he would have had to do a lot of reading to find out that little tidbit of info and then come all the way back here to let you know.  Yeah, that is someone who really likes you enough to put in the effort.

This number has called my cell phone saying they are something Miller and they have a legal matter to discuss with me I or my attorney can call them back at 1 800 blah blah blah. They have also since called my unlisted house phone number. I called it back blocked and its press 1 for unsettlee debt press 2 if you owe the IRS press 3 if you are a new homeowner press 4 if you need car insurance

You posted on Jan. 27, 2021 and strange that your name is Kimberly too.    Is this Ashley gal calls all the girls named "Kimberly"???   I'm Kimberly, too and have been getting this call 3 times this week and I finally called back this number but had a strange weird voice mail.  I knew right then seemed something isn't right here.
And, get this...   when they asked for this person name - the last name was my ex's husband and this name was married to my ex-step son.  I don't know her and never met her.  How in the world this Ashley get her name and found me, too and where did she get my number (it was my cell phone and it's new - just got a new phone a few months ago - yes, a new number, too ... WTH!!!)!

How to report this???

These calls from Fake process servers have nothing to do with any actual legal proceeding against anyone they have contacted.
It has everything to do with scammers using data obtained during this data hack:

If you do call the number they give you to contact they will only have information about you and your credit from September of 2017 and earlier.
If you take a good look at all the posts and complaints about this almost all of them happened after the Equifax data breach settlement deadline of  January 22, 2020.
Not sure why that is but it is.
