This number called my fiance last week 7.22.14 saying we sent my son to school with a NSF check for $7 during the school year. We hadn't received anything from the school regarding this and I emailed the principal right away regarding this matter. She said it was a scam and when I called these people back to see how they got our information they wouldn't speak with me telling me to call "my boyfriend" and have him call them to give them permission to speak with me. When I told her I contacted the principal of the school who said this was a scam she hung up on me.

The Better Business Bureau has been in contact with the management of Goggins & Lavintman this company has notified the BBB it will no longer respond to complaints sent to them concerning customer's issues. The BBB can not require the company to respond due to privacy laws and recommends if a consumer has a complaint concerning the company's collection practices they should contact FTC. Dear Ben,

I also recieved a call from theses people about around 2008.  They said that they were tring to collect a debt from Alpena General Hospital that I occured and they let me get on a payment plan. It was $25.00 a month. I was paying that now since then. Last year they had me up it to $30.00 a month and next year I would have paid i off. As of the month of agusust 2014 they took payment out of my account and now I havnt heard from them. Ive tried to contact them about this by calling there 800 number and now it isnt a working number. Ive went through 3 differnt pople that worked there so they could collect the debt I owe. I hope theses people are not a scam. Please contact me to let me know. vkkiller@yahoo.com or 989-657-3356.
