I'm wondering if any of these calls are associated with Facebook. Anybody else think this is possible for these stupid callers. Just wondering. I've got this # blocked and they are still calling. These foreigners are idiots in my opinion. Doesn't say much for Microsoft letting them get away with this. I'm sure it's fraud!

We have been besieged with calls from California, New Jersey, and this number from the Twin Cities over the last two days. Last night they called at 11:30 p.m., 1:15 a.m., 4:30 a.m., and 5:15 a.m. waking me at every call. Century Link won't let me block the area code from which they are calling. I started with rude insults and the last call I received I tried a different tack and told them I don't have a Windows computer I have Android and IOS. He argued with me insisting that I had a Windows computer and read to me my name, street address, and phone number and said that I do have Windows and hackers are stealing my information. This rampant harassment has got to stop. This will be the final straw forcing us to give up our land line and go with just cell phones that we can turn off at night. I can't believe that there is not a way for the phone company to restrict these calls to my phone!

Do not call me-remove me from your call list!!! I do not want you calling me at 8am in the morning or any other time!!!!

These people call me at 7:00am on Saturday and at 9:30pm on Sunday night.  They call during the week sometimes 3 times a day or more.  I wish I knew how to get them to Stop.............they are driving me crazy!!!

If you have been answering the calls from these Indian computer scammers--DON'T-- also, simply block this number.

This number called me at 10pm!!  We were all asleep.  I normally don't answer but at that time of night I wasn't sure what to think.  (No I don't pay and won't pay for caller ID.  Normally I let the answering machine get it).  There was a "ring back" when I answered the phone and the male with the Indian accent called me the wrong name.  I told them how I felt about them calling me at 10pm and to not call me again.  

The last time I told them I had a Mac, they apologized and hung up.  I'm sorry it didn't work for you that time but I'd try it again.  .

They just called me at 1 in the morning.  I told him not to call me, and he told me was was obligated to call customers to protect ten.  When I asked to speak to a supervisor, he hung up on me.

WTG Sandy, we need more people like you and I that use "colorful" language on this type of scum.

get calls from them all the time.  dont answer as I dont know who they are, Very annoying

keep asking them for some one who speaks English ,makes them nuts,they start sweating at you.

I'm pretty sure my call was from a Filipina woman. I don't have a computer running Windows, so I knew it was a scam. I didn't answer at first, but they kept calling during dinner so I picked up and then hung up.

Stop these calls from coming in

I spoke to them twice within a week and when I told them I had no idea what they where talking about I got told to F*** off.

I have been getting these calls for months and have given them hang-ups, called them scammers, told them I'm recording this call and to stop herrassing me. Today I told them to F-off and they called back 5 times, I didn't pick up so they left me a voicemail calling me a "B" and how he was going to come over tonight and "F" me and cut me!!!!! and a bunch of other vulgar things. Was told by phone company to make out police report and have police hear the voicemail, so that's what I'm going to do! We'll see if this helps.

My phone shows they are in/from Twin Cities, Minnesota. Upon more investigating, they are based out of MN, I don't recall the names of the cities but they are in a couple spots. I CB (called back) the # that posted on my phone (651.698.4075) using my Google phone #, it just rang & rang. I blocked the # on my house phone: Love the air horn idea...going to get mine ready as well in case they CB using a diff #.
 I saw in another post the question of who to call to report/turn them in? I myself would like to know as well. So, if anyone out there happens to see this & knows the answer, PLEASE advise. I'd love to see these suckers shot down or get their balls nailed to the wall!
 One other thing, I was told at one time that Microsoft/Windows does not, will not, nor will they EVER contact 'consumers' to inform them they may have downloaded a 'threat' & ask for CC, IP address, or any other info to 'remove' it. Reason being; software support is far & few between with warranties/service plans & software suppliers. If SW (software) support was offered & purchased at the time of purchasing a pc, it would cost an arm & a leg.
 In fact, if there is a threat on a pc, & you call Microsoft or the warranty people covering the unit, 99% of the time you'll be told that software isn't covered & a system recovery (wipe off all data from the C: drive & reload the OS-as if the unit was new out of box) is the only option available. I worked at a call center & that's exactly what I was trained to do, anything software I was to tell the CM (customer) it wasn't covered, back up all important data & start a system recovery. I realize this is a bit more info than you bargained for but, I hope that it will help!

This place has called several times telling m that I have a problem with error messages on my computer. They tell me to turn my computer on and they can fix the problems. When I tell them I'm not interested they keep talking over me in a strange accent that I can barely understand. Hanging up doesn't seem to help, because they keep calling. They clain to be from Windows, bt Windows doesn't know anything abut them.

3-4x per day? its all in the distant past. Phone disconnected.  I am moving on from the losers. God has a plan for me. I never want to deal with the BS artists again. I sympathize with anyone on this Board still dealing with them.

I get calls from these [***] a couple times a week and at all hours, 12 am, and as early as 6 am., The last call I got at 7 am, I told him to peddle his scam somewhere else and I was going to make sure all of India knew he was a lover of the USA, he hung up on me, but is still calling everyday.

About ten calls in the last week.  I finally talked to them and ran them in a circle with technical questions about Microsoft software and operating systems.  They hung up on me.  LOL
