Received a call with no message and unable to reply.  May 5, 2011

I've been receiving calls from this number too, but they did not start until I ran into trouble with the mob after my involvement with the southern California porn industry. I believe that either Donald Carlos Seoane or Joseph LiBrandi are who utilize this number. Just FYI   that number is for soliders who are in Afghanistain using skype to call love one.  So if he or she missed dial shame on you for calling him a PRICK.

Received a call that shows just the number 1-661-380-3000 Palmdale area called back can not receive calls.  no message left.

Ok it was my son trying to reach me via Skype.

Well, you can't generalize that they're all soliders from Afghanistan because I just got a call from them 5 minutes ago and they said I was charged by Walmart $49.00 and they have my check card number. FYI I haven't been to Walmart in like a couple of months nor have I ordered online. So, doesn't sound like that call was for a loved one, rather than a scam.

I just got a garbled call from this number.  I said I could not understand, and then she called back again not identifying her number on the screen and left a garbled message.  I used Skype last week.  Had not used it in months.  Is there a connection here?  It is listed as a landline in Bakersfield, CA, according to Intellus.

I just added this number to my block list on my cellphone.  I hope this not prevent any legitimate calls from coming in.

All this number does is used on the Skype Phone system. I just called a friend of mine and it showed up on her phone. I have been using Skype because of their wonderful phone service system. I can call anywhere in the United States, Canada, Guam or Puerto Rico which I personally do not know anyone in those 2 Countries.

I agree with the other people on here that it helps our Men and Woman in Service have the opportunity to call their loved ones home abroad.

So for the other people on here chill out its just a number that Skype uses or the otherone that shows up 0000123456.

I Just got a call from this number, after reading all of you alls experiences I think the only reasonable explanation is that the number is used on skype, yahoo, etc. Buy obviously it's able to he used by more than soldiers in Afghanistan and loved ones overseas...SO I think all of you people should stop worrying about who's an idiot and all that BS and use your logic and reason to explain the calls from this number

It's the number used when someone calls you via Skype.

I just got a few calls from this number. The name Asare Kodua Stephen pops up. I blocked him and wrote to Skype.

just got this call and since i didn't know it i didn't answer..If he calls husbands phone the scammer will get an earful

I just got a call from them and they left no message. I tried to text them to see if it was a cell phone, but all i got was a text from +1121611611 saying it was an invalid number.

Keep getting call's from this number as "Restricted" and when you call back its some random message that says caller can not be located and report incidents to local police. This number is put on no call list!

This is the number that comes up when my husband uses Skype to call me from Bahrain. Unknown also comes up sometimes.
