- JudyI was getting a ton of calls a day and I hit redial and a very polite woman answered the phone and identified herself and Nspire. I asked her to remove my phone number and she said it would be taken care of and was extremely polite. I will see if it gets done but I didn't have a problem with the way it was handled when I called.
- Caller: NSPIRE
- Call type: Non-profit organization
- McGruffNSpire has been calling my number frequently with the same MO, i.e., no one responds when you pick up. Finally, a woman asked if we had anything to pick-up. Told her absolutely not, had no idea who she was. Shortly thereafter, a male called and wanted to know when we would be at home so he could come over and pick up a donation.
NSpire is reportedly not registered with the Georgia Sec. of State as a legit organization, not registered as a non-profit with the IRS. NSpire reps evidently have trucks, know your home address, and want to know when you will be at home. Hmmmm... Do you think they may want to come on over when you are NOT at home with a truck and see if they can get an "involuntary donation."- Caller: NSpire
- Samuel HuxfordRepeated calls from this number

- Ms. GI am un"NSPIRE"d Let's just say that my phone holds 40 calls and at least half of the list is from NSPIRE. My husband finally answered and to our suprise there was a woman on the other end asking for me but I was busy so she pitched the donation request from him. He told her that we had nothing to donate. You would have thought that this would have ended it. No such luck. I two calls today.
NO MEANS NO!!!- Caller: NSPIRE
- Pixie replies to NotFallingForThisThey were obviously messages posted by Nspire to make their charity appear legitimate. Rule #1 Never, never give to anyone soliciting for a charity over the phone. Even if they are working for a legitimate charity, that charity will most likely only get a few cents for every dollar you donate. Go to the charity's website and donate there (after checking them out on charity navigator) or call the Goodwill or Salvation Army in your area to pick up household goods you wish to donate.
- C BI just got woken up by these [***] at 8 am this morning. No voice mail, no way to trace them, if you call the number back you cannot get through.
I reported them to the police. I have a non published number and am on the do not call list. They just committed a $15000 fineable crime.
I wouldn't give used toilet paper to such a sneaky operation. They behave like telemarketers so they're going to get treated like one. I reported them to the police by *57, as another user said.- Caller: NSpire
- HaleyNSpire doesn't get the message! I have call blocked their # so everytime they call they immediately get a busy signal. Their computer must have me on an hourly redial.
Idiots.- Caller: NSpire
- Linda BohlinThis number keeps calling my cell phone
- Concerned replies to LegitimateAlternativesHow do I block calls in my PBX?
- courtneyThese people are driving me absolutely nuts. They have been calling me for years, and they always call my home office number, which is a BUSINESS number, and is set up as such. They call repeatedly, days, evenings, weekends, interrupting me when I'm on the phone with my clients. I have asked them to remove me before and explained that this is a business number, but they keep calling.
It used to pop up as Cure Clothing on my ID, but recently changed to NSpire. I still recognize the number though.- Caller: Cure/Nspire
- Call type: Non-profit organization
- MillionaireThe company just called me at 9:56 p.m. and called 7:58 a.m. it is not cool they are worst than bill collectors. It is rude and scary especially when they have your mailing address.
- Caller: clothing pickup and Nspire
- Annoyed NancyHow do I get through to this phone number to have our phone deleted from their list?

- Kenneth Worrellno one will answer just hang up
- debbieplease quit calling
- Caller: nspire
- Lii replies to DWAWhy do I need to call HIM? They have called me twice a day, every day since I moved here a year ago and I have asked them to take me off the list over 50 times. And now you want me to waste MORE of my time calling HIM?
No.
The Do Not Call list doesn't apply to charities, however, if you ask a specific charitable organization to stop contacting you and they continue to do so it is in violation of law and you can make a complaint to the FCC. Clearly that doesn't stop these people, but then again, it generally takes years for the FCC to shut a place down over this stuff. Keep making complaints. - J West| 1 replyNumerous calls from this phone number, they even called my daughter (who has a different last name) looking for us. I called back today and the voicemail said it is 'Atlanta Homeless Shelter'. I left a message for them to remove our number from their calling list. We'll see if they do.
- Grow a Pair| 4 repliesThis company is asking for CLOTHING DONATIONS and people naturally assume they are a scam!
Unbelievable. I donated clothing 2-3 times, and yes, I get calls from them about once a month when
their truck comes around.
People are SOOOO sure someone is scamming them b/c they use the telephone as their method of
solicitation. People on the forum even calling the Sec of State and IRS. Thats the problem with this country no one claims to want gov`t intervention yet because of a freaking phone call they want the gov`t to step in so that YOU wont be inconvenienced!
Some of you people on here have WAY too much time on your hands! Man up and grow a pair! - Doug vV replies to NumberBoy| 4 repliesIf anyone here knows how to recognize the ring and the caller ID from the phone company, I'd like to make a small machine that would block these annoying calls. Before I lost my job, I was a very good electrical engineer. I just can not find the ring tone or the caller ID signals.
If anyone can help out, I'd be glad to make one for you also.
Doug vV - WGDThey used to call periodically but the caller ID actually said "Clothing Pickup" -- We have donated in the past but, once they could afford to hire Nspire - or whatever calling company it is, we decided they really didn't need our donation that badly. We now take our un-needed items to Goodwill and donate other stuff to the Kidney Foundation, who actually still use "real" volunteers who actually seem to care.
