I get calls from this number. They don't leave a message and I DON"T have a Pay pal account!

They blow up my phone day and night because i'm a month late...i'm paying this off and telling them to go f*** themselves....don't do business with them...they're greedy and take advantage of you through ebay with all their fees...damn racket

Called me twice today. Left no message.

My business gets a call from this phone number about 3 or 4 times. When we answer no one is there. The caller ID reads GE Capital. No idea why.

It is the Number For GE Captial. If you have the paypal smart connect Account as part of the paypal website.

I've seen all kinds of BS on here but you take the cake! After the Collection Agency calls you 5 times you remember that you forgot to pay your bill. Give me a break!!

I think you are a troll from the collections company.  What you're saying isn't necessarily true.  I don't have a paypal credit card, or any other from companies like Paypal.  I have a Visa which is paid up every month, so I should not have to put up with these people, but they think I'm lying to them.  I am about ready to turn them over to the phone company for harassment.  Maybe I'll get my lawyer to file a lawsuit & see it I can make them pay my Visa bill every month & save me so money.  LOL!!!

It's a scam. They want your personal information without revealing any of their own. Contact your DA.

I keep getting these for some guy's name I don't even know. Luckily i was able to block on Google Voice but they were becoming annoying. I never got anything on the line when I picked up, just silence.

I have a PayPal account with these jerks with a zero balance. I receive 5-8 calls a day every day as early as 7 am my time and as late as 10:30 pm some days.  They have no reason to be calling me and no one is ever on the line if I answer. What can I do to make it stop?

I have a account through pay pal credit that I have 6 months to pay off interest free. Have 200 due and a minimum requirement payment of $0 yet getting called 4 times a day, [***] this scam.

Received calls from this number too after scammed by Company for PayPal payments at 404-410-4117; no payments were ever applied to PP Account - over $600!!

I am receiving calls from this number on a regular basis now. Sometimes with a message, sometimes not. When a message is left, it picks up in the middle and mentions PayPal. Annoying.

I am receiving at least 6 calls a day at very odd times.  I don't HAVE a credit card through PayPal, and never have.  My account is current with money available, and has never once been delinquent.  Just because you make a habit of being a deadbeat, don't assume the rest of us do!

Received 3rd call this morning.  Caller ID shows GE Capital ... but there is no GE Capital as it's now call Synchrony Bank and it's for PayPal.  I spoke with them last week and told them that as soon as I get paid, I will pay my bill and also instructed them to stop calling.  The woman I spoke with said it was the first time she called, but I informed her that not more than 1 hour before that I spoke with a man from the same place and that repetitive calls are illegal under Federal law especially when the caller has spoken directly with the person they are trying to reach.  In other words, Federal law means nothing to any of these places - reputable or not.  As soon as I pay off the balance on PayPal, guess who is NEVER using that service again.  It is ridiculous.

Paypal / ge capital lending / Synchrony Bank - like to play the ' we are dumb [***] ' card way to much.
I have a account and not only am I not paying it, they are not going to get paid.
When I ran into problems, I contacted them as well as legal credit consolidation / debit consolidation / credit counseling services.
Paypal not only refused to enter into the state and federally approved programs, they acted like morons.
according to paypal, the 15% interest rate they have published for compliance with federal law for these programs does not exist, they do not recognizance credit consolidation / debit consolidation / credit counseling or even bankrupsy.
and according to them' bankruptcy is your problem not ours'
Which I was vary happy to hear, as when I do have to go to bankruptcy court, if they go to protest or complain i'm going to stick that statement so far up their [***], they choke on it.
they should of been smart and entered into 1 of the programs when they had the chance as now all they are going to get is crow and a write off of the 4k in debit.
Not to mention , their sister divisions walmart credit and care credit which are also ge capital lending / Synchrony Bank, did not like how the paypal division decided to play games with me and caused the whole system to crash as far as my finances go.

Connectivity bank or something which manages paypal.  My account is current.  The only thing I can think of is that I need to update my email address as I used to have my old work address on my file and switch jobs, havent updated that.  Automated message was left for rme to return the call.  Would go online and fix it instead.
