PayPal Buyer Credit

Claimed to be Synchrony Bank.  Said I missed a PayPal payment in Feb.  Wanted me to put $25.00 late fee on a credit card.  I didn't have any PayPal transactions in Feb so how could I owe them anything much less a late fee?  Something fishy going on here.

Keep getting these calls several times a day. Have never had a Synchrony or Pay Pal account. Looks like the government could do something about these type of phony calls.

i have gotten several calls, says synchrony on caller id state they are back for paypal.  I finally called paypal they know nothing about them.

They keep calling, and if it's for Paypal, I don't know why they are calling all my payments are paid on time and one is paid off.  They just upgraded me to Paypal Mastercard, but it has a zero balance, because that's the account I pay off in full every month.  Caller ID says Synchrony

They keep calling me relentlessly.  I have noticed others posting that it's PayPal.  I do NOT have a PayPal account, so I haven't a clue why PayPal would be calling me.  A couple times I've seen Synchrony show up on the Caller ID.  I have not done any business with them.  In fact, I just paid off my car four months early and have only two credit cards; neither are carrying a balance.  Here's what I found on Synchrony:
