Received a call from this number.  I do not know anyone in ND, so did not answer, and they did not leave a message.  I hate people calling "my" telephone number, when I do not know them nor do I want to be disturbed!!

Same call about lowering interest rates - I'm on the Do Not Call List and I've "opted out" many times.  Last couple of calls I press one and am real abusive to the person on the other end.  If they don't want my abuse, they shouldn't call back.

They just called me 45 minutes ago. Foriegn lady asked for exp date on my CC's. I was suspicious so I told her I was at work without my credit cards and to call back in one hour. They know my balances and that I haven't missed any payments. They know too much and perhaps should stay in their third world country and fester. God Bless America and our troops...........all military should get sniper training and reduce their chances.

Called 2142012. Of course, we are on the do not call list but does not mean anything to this group of gutless losers and identity thieves.

These low-life pond scum are peddling credit card interest rate reduction, presumably as part of an identity theft attempt.  Message said unavailable caller, but it is the usual "there is nothing wrong with your account but this an urgent offer to reduce the interest rates on your credit card accounts. [...] Press 1 to speak to a representative. Press 2 to be removed [HA HA HA].

Its just another scam. The pathetic, desperate, and cowardly caller is just looking for information to use against you. The second you answer, their robo-call knows they have a vaild number so likely they will call again. Their robo-call has no idea about the number it dials to call you, or even if its a real number. At least not until you pick up the phone. Just by doing this you vailidate your number and now you are a victim of the scam. Avoid the temptation; if you do not know the number, just don't answer it. If their lagit, they will leave a message, simple as that. When a scam such as this leaves a message, they are taking a big risk because they know eventually the authorities will catch up to them. When proved to be fraudulent, and they will be, they will have real penalties and expenses to payback, such as cell phone call minutes for example.
Don't answer the phone. They are crooks calling and all they want is to steal from you.

They are a scam operation. I have filed a complaint with the  North Dakota Attorney Generals' Office asking that they be prosecuted for harassment and fraud.

  same thing phone rang and rang no one there when I picked up . I called back no on on the other end both times. Don't know anyone in North Dakota who would be calling me here in NH.

That number called my cell and I don't know how they got that number.  Frustrating!
