Got a call from 701 509-8703 at 1:12 in the morning did not answer then looked up number that brought me here....

They said my credit card had been compromised and wanted verification. A scam. FBI needs to look into this number and users.

This number called me at 3:40 AM. I did not answer. I checked this site the next day-glad I did.

They called our cell phone at 3:50 am.  I didn't answer it, I just stared at the number trying to figure out who the HE-LL would be calling me at 3:50 in the flipping morning.  If that doesn't tell you it's a scam, I don't know what will.

Called early 3:20 am 6/15/2011 claiming to be from SunTrust Bank Cyper Security.  Came to my wife's cell phone which 'is not' registered with SunTrust Bank.  They told us our bank account was locked and in order to unlock it we needed to press a number on the phone's key board.  We did not and hung up!

You kidding me? 12:30am received a call from 701-509-8703. I catch this guy, I'm gonna choke him.

got call recently from this #, I wasn't able to pick up in time. No message was left.  So I "googled" the # & found this forum (rather than try to call that # back & ask what they wanted). Thanks for this forum!

Received a call from this number at 2:14 a.m.  Needless to say, this call was not legitimate.  It was from a marketing company.

Call from this number showed up as RESET on caller id.  I never answer these types of calls but will report that the message, one I have received numerous times, was about my last chance to lower some interest rate.  My answering machine message may be too long for the computer since I come in mid message and never know who wants to lower a rate on something I probably don't have.

Have received several calls this week from this number without messages being left until today. Now they are saying they are from the Credit Center and I could qualify for a lower interest rate but this would be the final call from them. Hurry and call to see if I qualify.

I have not called back because first of all, caller ID says unknown caller which put me on alert. NO messages left, and I get legitimate offers from my credit card company in the mail, not calls.

Do not call this number back. They are scammers.

Called us @ 2:20am.  Didn't pickup - figured it wasn't kosher.

Call the North Dakoda Atty Gen office.  Calls after hours are a clear violation of marketing law.  

The scumbag's autodialer malfunctioned or was sabotagued.  
This is the best chance to nail these jerks.

Got a call from this number for the second time in three months. Their message plays immediately upon pick up so my answering machine doesn't get a complete message. For the second time all I got was "your debit Mastercard has been locked. Press 1 for a security representative." or something to that effect. In any case, I've no bank cards issued from a North Dakota bank.

Received a recorded message on my answering machine telling me my eligibility for a reduced rate was about to expire.  On DNC list, and recorded messages are illegal in any event.  What crap.

Got the same call on my cell , from Suntrust,  I don't have a suntrust Credit card. how do you report this scam?

Kept getting calls from this number--a recorded message offering me a CC with a low rate. Usually I hang up but today pressed the option to talk to a rep. When I told the rep ("Cynthia") that I wasn't interested in the offer but wanted to be taken off the calling list, she said "No." I couldn't believe it. I said "Excuse me?" She said "No" again and hung up on me. Unbelievable.

got a call from this # yesterday, said they were my debit MC was suspended due to fraud.

Message is from Card Holder Services.
It starts by saying - This is Raychale,there are NO problems with the account......
All automated.
It makes no difference that we are on the Do not call list.
They all almost every day.
