I did not answer and they did not leave a voice mail.

These idiots keep calling my fax machine dozens of times a week.

Just the usual scam about lowering your interest rates on your credit card. These [***] never give up!

I continue to get calls from this number. It is in reference to my credit card rates. They want to lower my rates. I press the number to speak to an operator, and when I begin to tell them I would like my name removed from their list, they always hang up on me before I can finish my sentence.

We have received calls from this # many times in the last week. I answered, was told this was my last chance to get a 6% interest credit card. I pressed 1 and asked to have my name and # removed from their system. A young man said " what will you do if I don't " and hung up.

I just got a call from 701-509-8703 that said it was Rachael from Cardholder Services.  Again, like the billionth time, it said this was the final call....So I pushed the number to ask for them to take me off of their list.  
A man answered, I believe it was a black man by the sound of his voice.  I am not saying this to be prejudicial in any way, just describing.  When I politely asked if he would take my name off of the list he said "WHAT CAN YOU DO IF I DON'T TAKE YOUR NAME OFF OF THE LIST"  

This so surprised me that I said "excuse me?"  At which he repeated himself in a cocky manner.  These people are so smug, they apparently know that nothing is being done to stop them.

received calls on both of my phone lines from "Credit Holder Services" Press 9 for more info to reduce your credit card debt.  I have asked these [***] on several times to remove this number from their call list.  This last time, I asked the representative,after listening to his speel to send me more info so I could discuss this opportunity with my other half.  He "George" informed me that Credit Holder Services was a 3rd party for Visa and Mastercard, representing Citibank, along with others I don't recall, and they mailed info out a couple of weeks ago.  When I told him I hadn't received any info from Credit Holder Services in the mail, could he send out the info again, he told me it wasn't cost effective to do this, that was why they called.  I said if he didn't want to mail me any info, to remove my # from his call list.  Then he told me he was calling from Pakistan, and proceded to tell me that was the problem with "you Americans" And at that point I told him to not call back again, and this was the problem with you Pakistan's not getting the message that their calls weren' wanted.  At least this time I got a phone # on my caller ID.

I said this type of call was unknown- not Political Call.  please see above message.

Rachel with Card Holder Services again.  I have blocked at least 10 of their numbers, but they keep spoofing a new one and it goes through.  Wish it did some good to be on the DNC list.

Received a call from this number claiming that they were with the credit card company and that my time to have my interest rates reduced was about to expire.  The recording asked me to hold for the next available represenative and that is when I hung up.  The only imformation that I could find on the internet, was that the call came from a cellular phone, with the number comming from Ward County, Minot City, ND.

Recived a call this morning about my credit card intrest rate i do not have ANY credit cards the scams out there are getting out of control

Just got my second phone call from this number, telling me I could lower my interest rate on my credit card (call said it was from "Card Services").  When I pressed "9" to talk to someone, a very cocky, uneducated, belligert voice stated "so you want to lower your card rates."  I immediately asked how they had gotten my phone number when I was on the do not call list.  She replied, "...and I'm tired as hell of you telling me about some do not call list."  and then she hung up.  There must be some way we all can report this to some agency to have this investigated.  Any ideas, anyone??

Received a phone call a short time ago (my second call) from this number.  The call stated it was from "Card Services."  It said I could lower my interest rates and to press "9"  to talk to a representative.  I did that and I immediately asked the person how they had gotten my phone number as I was on the do not call list.  She said "  and I tired as hell of you telling me about some do not call list" and hung up on me.  When I tried to call back to talk to a supervisor, the number kept saying all circuits were busy and to try again later.  This appears to be a scam and something should be done about it.

I got the same call today and thought my husband tried to use the Hsbc card while out of town, so I gave my info, then called him, I immediately called and reported the cards stolen and cncled the account.  Ever since I have been job hunting, Im getting all of these strange calls.  It won't happen again

This was a call saying they could lower my interest rates on my credit cards. I told them no thank you and they slammed down the phone on me.

credit card company. Pressed 1 for security and call was disconnected appears to be scam as I have no pre paid credit cards SPAM

I was called and a voicemail was left saying that my mastercard was locked and to press a 1 to speak to security.  Told to reactivate it to call 1-800-900-977(?)9

I do not have a mastercard.  Sounds like a scam to me.

When I went through to a representative, which was the only option I was offered, I said I would like to be placed on the "do not call" list. The person who answered the phone loudly said, "No," and hung up on me. I consider this harassment.

I just got the same exact call about lowering the interest rate on my credit card. When I asked him to remove my name from their calling list, he replied "NO"  I said, "excue me??? "  and he replied "I said NO. What are you gonna do about it Nig*er???"   Obviously,this is a total scam and not a professional company calling. I wanted to call the police, but what can they do?

First I got a recorded message that was identical to dozens that I have received in the past, offering to "lower my interest rate".  I was then invited to press 9 to speak with an actual person.  I pressed 9 but after the person answered he hung up.

What a waste.  What a nuisance.

Could someone please post more detailed information regarding who is doing this?
