- BOBI received this call and it says to press 9 to talk to someone, so I did
and I told them to take my name off there list. As I am on a do not call list.
And a guy says as he laughs at me
I will not take your name off this list and then he hangs up. - Ivor"Hello this is Rachel at card Holder services calling in reference to your current credit card account. - JulieThis is the same type of harassment call I got the other day. They're getting tricky. They use a different calling from number, but the same ridiculous spiel. The call the other day was out of Montana. Trying to get me to get their card to lower my interest rate. Why would I or anyone do business with a company they know nothing about? Certainly not me

- Scam ReporterMy wife got a call from an unidentified number that came up as "000-000-0000" on caller ID. It was a recorded message stating her credit card had been compromised. She hung up before listening to it further. My daughter immediately received a call with an identical recorded message. It did show up on caller ID as "701-509-8703" . My daughter listened and it asked her to enter her PIN so she hung up. Both my wife and daughter have sequencial phone numbers.

- Concerned replies to Chuck| 8 repliesMust be a scam. They claimed to be my credit card company and that my debit card was being deactivated. The answering system said to "press 2 to reactivate my card". I didn't do it, but I'm assuming that I would have had to put in my info (card no. and exp).
