I also received the call from this number twice and did not verify  as they requested; I called my bank and as ususal the identified me with my SS last 4 my address zip etc before even talking to me . Do not ever give or verify any infomation, call your bank!

Received a call at 11:48pm saying my wells fargo account had been compromised.  I put in fake numbers etc and I know this is phishing.  I do not have a wells fargo account neither does my 13 year old daughter who received the same phone call about 5 minutes later.  

why are there no law to protect us from these criminals?

I recieved a voicemail from this number late last night. It said that my Wells Fargo credit card had been locked for my security and to press #1 to remove the lock.  I dont even have a Wells Fargo credit card. Sounds fishie to me!

I received a call on my cell phone at 12:45 A.M. from this numer on 08/15/11.   I did not pick up because of the time of the morning it was and it said unknown caller.  I tried several times the next day to call this number back to see who was waking me up at that time in the morning from Minot, North Dakota but every time, I got a message saying all circuits were busy, so I figured it was some kind of a scam.

This number called my cell phone.  I didn't answer and they didn't leave a message.  I don't know anybody in North Dakota.

My wife call 2 days ago and another at 11:38 pm tonight. She didn't answer but it freaked her out. All information presented in the thread matches my searches for the dummy who did this.

This number called me at 1:35 am. , I didn't answer this call.  I then got worried it was someone in my family that was emergent so I have tried to call this number back and keep getting all circuits are busy now.

This # keeps calling me and I'd like it to stop!!! How do I get it to stop calling me at all hours of the day!!! I don't know who the company is because I never answer it because I don't know anyone that lives in North Dakota.

I have received three calls from this number in two days stating that my Wells Fargo Credit Card account was frozen.  I checked with the two accounts with Wells Fargo and they said that they don't make these calls

Received a call to my cell phone from this same number during our evening meal.  Have relatives in ND so answered.  No one there.  Hung up right away.  An earlier post suggested to silence the ring for this number.  I went a step further and saved this and another number that has been calling several times.  I saved the numbers as a contact, gave them the name of SCAM CALL and also assigned a no ring to them.  Phone will light up, but I  will not be awakened or bothered if they call again.  We have to be smarter than they are.

Received call from this number at 6:40 PM MST. Didn't answer due to unknown number.

I ALSO GOT CALL FROM THIS # and I could not understand what the lady was saying and I asked her if was telemarketing and she said she could help me and I asked again same thing I can help you. Then I asked if she was within the U.S. or in another country.. AND GUESS WHAT THEY HUNG UP..

They called pretending my bank card number was locked and proceeded through a recorded voice system including asking for bank card number when I hung up

This number just called my phone claiming to be Wells Fargo.  I've received 4 calls now in the past two weeks saying it's Wells Fargo and my debit card has been locked, which I know it's not.  Do not press 1 or give them any information.  Two numbers only had 4 digits, one was an unknown number, and now this number.

Same thing has happened to me in the last 2 weeks.  I just keep deleting them.  Other posts have indicated that they have been claiming to be a wide variety of banks.

Rec'd a call from this number at 11:47PM (Salt Lake City) on my cell phone and no one answered.
Due to the late hour and the fact the line was open without a caller acknowledging, I believe it could be a scam. PLEASE BEWARE!!

Got a Call from this number at 3:00 AM. on my cell.
Woke me up.
I didn't answer it.
They left a recored Voice message. Saying "Your Wells Fargo CC has been stolen. Please call ***"
A SCAM, I don't have a account with Well Fargo.
