My husband received a call from this number (701-625-5444) at 12:30pm today, on his cell phone which is on the DNS list. When he went to answer it, they hung up. About 1-1:30pm, we received a "door-to-door" salesman trying to sell us home security cameras, mind you where we live is a Do not solitie community! At 4:15pm today, that same number called back and when he answered, he found out it was a home security company!

I really wish they'd stop calling me; their machine asked for my first and last name.

this phone number called me 3 times in the last 24 hours.  i do not answer.  they do not leave a message.  annoying!  any ideas on where to report this?

received same thing, from exact N.D. No., no response when you say, 'hello'! This is a waste of time, hope I am not being charged!

I get calls from this # 3 or 4 times a day. i don't need a security system. They need to stop!

I've received several calls already from this number.

I have received this phone number and 866-793-0152.  I would really like these unwanted phone calls to stop immediately

I said hello 3 times and no response. I think someone might have spoken just as I hung up the phone. I don't know anyone or of any business in ND.
I wonder if it could be related in some way to my credit card being fraudulently charged twice this morning (my bank alerted me).

Received a call from them for a wireless home security company.  When I asked them how they got my number they said from an online website that I registered with. Told them to take me off their dialing list.

I contacted my attorney.  I am suing.   My cell is on DNC list and I have no idea who these buffoons are, so their bad for not checking the DNC list.   And more money in my pocket.  I've done it before and its worth every dime to sue.

It would appear that loser scam busineses don't think the rules apply to them

I also got lots of calling from this number. It is about the "home security system". It really makes me feel angry!!!

Not sure who they are, but if you call back they give you the option to remove your number from their call list.

This is a scam.  First of all, it is an automated dialer, which means a computer is making the call and connects you to a live human (prompted by your voice).  That explains the delay in hearing a voice.


The guy asked me if i wanted a free home security system.  I told him i was at work and he told me he would call me back and hung up.  I have no idea how they got my cell number but who would buy from a cold call on a cell phone even if it was legit?

Anyway, thanks everyone for the suggestions.  He did not ask me if i have a home security system but now i know not to answer anything.
