I get calls from Tom all the time and I don't mind. But today he called and when he asked me how I was I told him "Not so good, I think I'm too young for you Tom." Then he said Oh, umm umm I'm sorry I will take your number off my list right away. It was pretty funny.

They disappeared for a while (like a week or two) where I didn't get the expected 2-3 calls a day. Now its back with Tom with Home Monitoring (or something selling a wearable alert system like they sell for senior citizens). They now want to give it to you for FREE!!!!!! Yeah not buying it. If you answer no when he asks if your interested, he skirts the question and shoves , 'BUT IT'S FREE!!!!!!' back in your face. Very annoying.

DNC doesn't do jack [***]. You send in countless reports, they MIGHT (and this is being nice), contact them. They won't shut them down. DNC, needs to clean up their act and do something, or shut their, "false" company down.

The problem I have is that it is my business cell phone and it's how my clients contact me. Makes it impossible to ignor the number calling. If the person or company has been identified why can't we bring suit? it's costing me real money for the minutes used on my cell phone.

I've gotten these same robot calls (Tom from home protection) from multiple different numbers for several months. I've assigned them to a contact called "robo" with a unique ringtone so I don't answer, ran out of fields and had to start a second contact. Even if you could block them, it seems they'd call from another number. Has no-one with some phone savvy figured out the source of this evil? What is the reward that keeps them doing it? Is the whole epidemic automated?  I'm ready with my pitchfork if we can determine what human with a beating heart started this.

The BEST way to get rid of these calls is to call 60 Minutes EVERYTIME this baby-raper calls you. When 60 minutes gets enough calls to start to spend their money tying up their phone lines, personnel and time, they will mobilize their Congressional and Magistrates connections. They will use their private investigators, and find this pervert.

Then, when he aired (60 minutes has to recoup the loss) during the human interest story, we can all pitch in and pay "Buck the Wonderlover" to pay a kind welcome to his cell.

Whenever Tom (And Heather too) call, hang up and speed dial 60 Minutes. If everyone bothers 60 Minutes, they will lose money on time, personnel, and resources receiving so many calls. They will get the clue that finding this guy would be a great human interest story. They have Congressional and Magistrate connections, their own private dectectives, and a budget they would recoup in the shows airing.

Now, this is where I come in. As a prison guard, I know a few things about the culture. For instance, how to you take $50 and drain a bank account?
A: Good ol' Tom is sitting in the Court room having no idea that $50 was put in "Black Buck, the Wonder Lovers" prison account.
Tom has just been auctioned even before the gavel hits the wood.

The first thing $50 bought was Buck greeting Tom.

Now, Buck is not usually stupid. Knowing how much could have been made by Tom's ethics, Buck decides to let Tom in on the secret. "$50 for you at auction, but I have a better deal. $75 month for keeping you from being my girlfriend.
When Buck sees Tom comfortable with $75, then Buck says, "...per week."
Then, $100 per week....$400 per week...$1000 per week, and so on and so on--especially since Buck know when Tom's first parole hearing comes.

By halfway to parole, Buck has almost drained Tom's Bank account, and Tom is about to be someone's bltch to keep the money rolling in.

I am looking for home security and found an online website that installs ADT security.  I input my name and number someone called me back the following day.  The number was 360-529-6181 with caller-ID New A Co.  The caller said that they were representing Quality Home Security and gave me the spiel about the free system equipment and installation for $99.00 and $40.00 per month.  They asked about my phone system and seemed quite legit.  They supposedly set up a date to have it installed today at 8:00 a.m.  Here I sit.  I have called the number back on the caller-ID and only get a message.  I am unable to find this company online.  Just got off the phone with my bank cancelling payment that thankfully has not gone through. Also, the card I used expires in 5 days.

This is a robocall from Monitronics Home Security Systems. They use a variety of phone numbers to call you. Look them up online. They are not a company you want to be doing business with.

Tom from Home Protection has been calling me every day on my Los Angeles area
cell phone.  I am currently living in Verona Italy.  I intend to take Home Protection
to Small Claims Court for the money this is costing me for the Europeah roming
call charges.  My cell phone number is 310 779-0141.  I will definately invite the
Los Angeles News Media to attend the court proceedings.

If you call the number and check to remove from call list, it makes it worse!
