Responding a little late, have also been getting calls with exact same experiences as yours.
My i-phone says they are based in Martin ND.
If you're really ticked off, worth a complaint to the state's attorney general office. Its a small state so you may get a response, and they should be informed a phone scam is being run out of their state.
Would also note all the complaints listed here, and that we're all unhappy with this business in Martin that's abusing the DNC list.

4 calls in 5 hours and 1 yesterday.

5 calls in two hours.  No message.

Have receives calls from this number many times...I typically do not answer calls from area codes I do not recognize or numbers I do not recognize, hoping that a message will be left. In this case no message is ever left and I have never answered it. However I have called it back and get no answer generally a busy signal.

5 calls to my cell phone in 3 hours!  I do not answer if I do not recognize the number.

Do you all live in Issaquah? Because these calls have been occuring the past few weeks, and there have been robberies starting the past week in our neighborhood and I'm wondering if they are calling to see if you already have a home security system. I wonder if they are robbing people...

Got a couple of calls from 7016255444, no message left on ans. machine. My next thing is to file a police report on harassment call and then notify the phone company.

Oddly enough left a strange message when I did not answer:

The voice did not seem mechanical in nature, but it definitely wasn't a live person on the phone.  The pauses were exactly the same in length and the fact that the message was trying to speak to me even though it was clearly a message...

DNC listing another worthless, tax consuming gov. agency/program.  

These zero contact calls are just filling up my phones reject call list. This call is also tied to 701-625-5003  I guess there is not a lot to do in ND. What a waste of time for these scumbags as if anyone would consider buying anything they have to offer.

Three calls in the last hour. I never answered them.

Another cell phone, so entering a location is really pointless.  Maybe contact the carrier to complain of them violating regulations, as well as reporting to authorities.

They've been calling 2-3 times per day since last week with no message left.  Caller ID shows Avery Place as the caller.  Wife answered the call last Thursday.  Caller was asking very specific and detailed inquiries about our home security system.  She told him not interested and we are on the DNC list.  He apologized and said they would not call again.  Same number called 3x today.  She took the third call and was the same guy.    T

Received 2 phone calls this afternoon, no message and I don't know the number.  It's nice to read that others are receiving calls as well.

Constantly getting these types of calls to my cell phone now.  I'm on the donotcall registry.  No One seems to be doing anything to stop it.  Ridiculous.

They called me 3 times today in 1.5 hours. Could this be one of those google phone or proxied numbers used?

I called this number back, and it said if I did not want to be called back again, to press 1. Hopefully it works!!

Received two calls from this number (701) 625-5444...never answer numbers I do not recognize...they did not leave a message.  Will block the number from my phone
