These vermin will continue their criminal activities until people stand up and refuse to continue being victims. Each and every time one of these criminals is expunged, we all win, and the more removed per occurrence, the faster the world is improved. Violating the dnc list doesn't deter criminals anymore than gun laws do; people operating legal businesses already follow the laws just like legal gun owners already follow the laws.
I have always tried to ignore telescum, or cuss them out if someone on the line when I answer, (before caller ID), but a couple of years ago, in the midst of a family emergency, one of these pos harassed me. Maybe he thought I was nuts or knew I was serious, but I did not get a call from them again. Since then, if I answer one of these attacks, I record the encounter, and graphically, explicitly explain to the criminal what I will do when I find them and their nest of roaches. It is sad to feel this way, but if a building that houses 10,000 of the worthless pos was demolished tomorrow with them inside--that is the most important part--I think I would have a party to celebrate such a wonderful event.

I get calls everyday from 701-671-9224 I never answer because I know they are a scam. I answered the one time and they said they can help me lower my credit card debt when I told them to stop calling me they promptly hung up. When you try to call back it says "all circuits are busy".

Got the call again from these leeches. I looked up the nuimber and found out it belongs to www.callid4u.com. If you go to this web address, you can file to be removed from the list.

8:00 on Thanksgiving?  Really?  Politely asked to be removed and got hung up on.

Get calls EVERY DAY (Even Thanksgiving!) from this number on my cell phone. Cannot get it to stop.  Employed a trick I have used in the past where I press one to get a representative then when they answer I speak softly to get them to listen VERY CLOSELY then blow a whistle into the phone as loudly as possible. Doesn't stop the calls but gives me some satisfaction.

This number called me this morning.  The caller ID said "Evosecurity." It was the same old recording I have received numerous times, telling me how the banks are lowering credit card rates due to the federal stimulus.  I waited a minute or two or longer on hold until someone named "Tony" came on and talked to me.  He asked if I was interested in lowering my credit card rate.  I said "yes."  He said there were 3 requirements I needed.  1)Owe more than $4,000 in total on credit cards; 2)Have at least 1 card that is 12% or higher in APR; and 3)be in good standing with that card.....not be over the limit, not past due, pay on time, etc.  I gave him false data.  He asked for the credit card type.  I told him it was a MasterCard and gave him a false bank.  He asked for the expiration date. I gave him a madeup date.  He said he had to call a customer service number to verify my credit card data....and, he asked if this number was on the back of my card.  I said "yes."
He then asked for the last 4 digits of my social security number.  I gave him false information.  
Next, he asked for my full credit card number.  So, then I ripped into him, asking him if he really thought I was so stupid that I would give him my full credit card number.  He argued back, saying basically that I was the stupid one if I didn't want to take advantage of this deal.  I told him this was a scam and he was phishing for information.  He continued arguing, and I told him that the caller ID did not say the company he claimed he was calling on behalf of.  Then he hung up.

I really hope someone is going after these people.  I've been getting such calls for 2 or 3 years, maybe longer.

I get these calls often.  I've been thinking about getting a whistle, like you have done.  I will get one and use it often!

Let me join the long list of people and businesses being harassed all day by these morons. I hope they get what they deserve!  Why can't we get the phone co. to disconnect them?  Besides, they can't really get anyone lower interest anyway!  Scammers!

Annoying calls from Evo Security even after telling them to stop

They will not stop calling sometimes 5 to 6 times a day.  What can I do to stop the calls short of shooting them in the head.

I just received a phone call from these scam artists. I tried to tell the to be removed but they hung up. I reported them to Do Not Call Registry and FTC Complaints. The company name is

Constantly ringing our phone, no message. I can't stand all the ringing any more, tired of living in a 3rd world country this is becoming. Verizon and the other phone companies could put an end to it if they wanted to.

They call constantly and will not remove us from their list after many, many requests.  They call sometimes 10 times a day!!  Stop Calling!!

We cannot take complaints about these calls. Under federal law, the ND Attorney General's office can only address Do Not Call complaints made TO (701) area code phone numbers. Complaints about spoofed calls must be filed with the federal FCC at www.fcc.gov. You will need to contact your own state's attorney general to complain about calls made to a number registered on the DNC list.
