Stop calling me!!!!! I don't have any cards that require a lower interest rate. I'm not interested in talking to or having voicemails left from anyone in this company. The calls are harassing and I've requested that they stop when I waited on the phone to talk to someone only to be hung up on!

Oh, gee, you're such a big f**ing help. A two and a half year old report that is obsolete. I don't think this is a spoofed number, because when you call it back, it's not some innocent person. It's a recording. Get off your butt and do some investigating! This is the problem. No one wants to investigate this stuff. It's a major crime ring with billions being made every year. Quit passing the buck and do something!!

I receive phone calls from this number at least once per week.  They say there is a way to stop receiving the calls but when you wait for that option it never actually occurs. Calls are from 701-671-9224

FCC is responsible to stop them, I have documented 44 violation reported to FCC they don't care, they are realy useless. Credit Card Service will not pay for their criminal act as you said. Some in FCC should do something but apparently no one feel any responsibilities.  Credit Card Card will continue this till they close their business and start do some other illegal activity

You're doing it all wrong !  Get the party on the line. Start talking in a very low voice, which
encourages the caller, wearing a headset, to increase the volume. Then, with the whistle you
bought for just this occassion, you blow it into the phone. It works.  ....JJ....

I am sick of calls from 701-671-9224 coming in on my cell phone. I use that phone for important phone calls.

How do we get these people to stop calling us.  They call from different numbers but this is the one number we just got a call from, and the woman recording says "Hi this is Ann, if you would like to lower your credit card rates press one, then if you press one, you get a real person but they usually end up hanging up on them."  We have told them that we are on the do not call list and also asked them to take us off of their list and not to call us anymore but they still call back.

This hasn't seemed to hit (701) yet, but here's something to make everyone feel a bit better=

Gotten about 20-30 robo calls the last week. No message...from Evo Security and under several other "IDs". Guess I'll have to try and block it as suggested above. Do they actually think that after all of this pounding we are taking, that we'd buy anything from them?

Constantly getting calls from these numbers. I am on no call list for 6 years now. Every year I do it again Doe not matter. These idiots keep calling and are very nasty have called me names, etc,

EVO Security appears to be the latest of the continuing Phone Predators to call my number. EVO Security has been calling on and off for about three weeks now. They called here SIX times on 11/27/2012. This caller usually holds on for about two or three seconds before hanging up.  Yesterday's calls were received at 1:25 pm, 2:51 pm, 7:34 pm, 7:35 pm, 7:36 pm, and 9:02 pm.
A search using Google indicates that EVO Security is based in Hollywood, Florida, which is inconsistent with the caller's area code of (701).
These continued calls are an invasion of our privacy, constitute harassment, and an invasion of our privacy.

Thank you for posting! I could kiss you!!! I have been getting phone calls 2x a day from this scum bag. I am reporting them and sending a cease and desist letter.

These people call 2, sometimes 3 times a day. I usually let the answering machine get it. The one time I actually picked up the phone, no one came on the line.

Thank you for your information.  I've been following the suggestions posted in the blog for a while now.  I waste their time, and then I report them.  Sadly, these vermin are resorting to incredibly vulgar retorts when they find out I'm not interested.  I'm putting the details in my reports.

Stop the “Cardholder Services” Robocalls. Prosecute the companies criminally, not civilly.

Since 2005 millions of Americans have been targeted by criminals running the “Cardholder Services” Robocalls scam. These criminals are part of ongoing criminal enterprise that should be investigate criminally as organized crime by the Department of Justice, not as civil issue investigated by the FTC.

These criminals have attempted to commit fraud against almost every American who has a telephone or cell phone. They often harass people with as many as 10 calls per day. They refuse to honor the FTC Do Not Call List.

Arresting these criminals would save Americans millions of dollars, and would have an immediate and positive impact on the quality of life for every American with a phone.
