They call everyday.. never leave a message. No name on caller ID. Wonder if they will take Christmas off and leave anyone alone?

Ah yes. It is that time again. Gregg Kinnard and Nspire begin their harassment. the NC Atty General has asked on my behalf TWICE for him to cease & desist calling. Nspire has agreed in writing TWICE to stop calling and remove me from their call lists. All Nspire does is change their name (from Hope House to Unknown) and change either their 678 or 704 number and they keep right on calling. So, I just filed another complaint with the NC Atty General and the National DNC list. That is all we can do folks. Keep reporting this 'charity'.

If they are established as a charity, they are not bound by the 'Do Not Call'. Charities are exempt.

Continuous calls from 704-831-6450, but no message.

Call came in today. Didn't answer due to unfamiliar number. Only rang three times. That tells me, it II scammers!

They been calling several times a day,when I answer they just hug up.I am tired of this annoying phone calls.

I received 2 calls today from this company. They hung up when I said, "hello". I called them back (Charlotte, NC number), but unable to leave message because their mailbox was full and nobody would pick up.

WE ARE VERY TIRED OF YOUR HANG-UP CALLS! REMOVE OUR PHONE NUMBER FROM YOUR DATABASE IMMEDIATELY! DO NOT CALL US ANY MORE!!

800notes is not affiliated with your callers, we are not calling you either. 800notes is a forum for reporting who calls you and any information you may have about the call to share with other forum users. It is highly doubtful that your callers are reading here also.

Charities, along with some Survey's and Political calls, are exempt from the DNC, however, they can still get into trouble for not placing you on a internal DNC when asked, you can also check your states laws in regards. Some states do not allow them to call on their state DNC laws which can differ from the federal.

Do consider maybe getting a call blocking device or phone.. You can google them and many are around $60.00 or so.

I receive annoying calls daily from 1-704-831-6450. they do not leave a message.

Call comes every day and  no one there

I receive calls from 704-831-6450 several times a day almost every day.  If I answer there is no response.

These calls are from The Hope House Foundation out of Huntersville, NC.  They solicit donations for clothing & other items.  They called me again after 9PM tonight.  They go by "Hope House".  Phone # registers as 1-704-831-6450.

Hope House is a regular looking brick house, from the photos, catering to African Americans it appears who may be needy.

They are breaking the law by not identifying the name of their business with the phone number which comes up on caller I.D.  It is not allowed to read "Unavailable" when you make solicitation calls, according to what I have read.  Also, the Charlotte NC Better Business Bureau could not obtain any documentation or information about them in past efforts.  They did not respond to BBB's requests.

This company calls several times per day. I once got these calls but now they call for my wife and then hang up. Very irritating.

10/16/2014..... It is N-spire or Impire and they are a charity and I just got a political call pushing for Kay Hagan!!!! Violation of voter campaign laws!

They just called at 8:11 am. That's too early for even scammers!!!

We have received two calls today from this number. Heavy breathing was all we heard. Area code (704) does not show up on the caller ID, but when searching the number it appears that the area code is 704,  as that is where a number of the unwanted calls have originated.

Block this phone number permanently!!!!
