I got this number and call asking me for the main user of our windows operating system. Three times I said "What windows operating system?" and the man just repeated what he said. Then he wanted to just get right down into the nitty-gritty of our computer, but I refused the whole way. Also, the when I answered, I got a ringing tone and the man picked up. Number came up as California.

i work for a school system and we have a calling service that announces school closings due to snow,flood weather ext. but it shows on my caller id the name of the school system i work for. i got a call from it knowing what its announcement was no school. i ignored the call because i was on the phone with a coed. then i got a ph. call from presidio hotel # 707-429-6000 and when i answered it was to tell me that there was no school in my county! i live in eastern kentucky. i would say it is a company that backs up missed ph. announcements. there voice i heard was the director of transportation secretary i work with her on a daily basis. it confused me. i will ask them about this matter to find out more.

my husband just called me and we live in missouri he said he is on his way home from work  and had told me eilier he had to work late imagine my anger when i got a call from him and the caller id said presidio hotel uuuurrrrggggghhhhhh......... well thank god i went online to check and see where it was and saw theese post or we would have been having it out tonight poor guy almost got accused of cheating

Received call from  707-429-6000 the Presidio Hotel. No one responded.

Keep receiving calls from this number without an answer from the other end. Number receiving calls is based out of La. and is an offshore co.

This is a scam and there must be a way that this number is redirecting cell chone numbers through their number. The best thing to do is to call the authorities in Fairfield California and report it to the police, the address appears to be 1300 oliver Rd Ste, 270, Fairfield,CA, which is also the address to Hilltop Financial which does loans, personal and commercial. If you smell a rat, it's a rat, don't get bitten. Give no information to anyone at these two numbers, 1-707-429-6000 or 707-720-0152. THIS IS A SCAM. AND IF ONE OF YOUR LOVED ONES IS TRYING TO REACH YOU ON THEIR CELL, THEY WILL CALL YOU BACK. Thank you.

I just received a call from 707-429-600 call id Presidio Hotel.  I answered on the third ring and an automated message had already started talking about a program that could save me money and to find out if I was eligible to press 9.  I hung up.  Could this be a way to trick people into changing their long distance provider which may explain why people's calls are being directed thru this number?

I had a friend call me last night, and it showed this number. I believe it's the government tracking it's citizens. And the guy that said the FBI finally announced that they were on the line is more what I feel is going on. You see where our government couldn't get power over the internet, they just voted themselves the power to regulate the internet through the FCC without congressional approval. It's government out of control, and they don't have a clue, as they steal more money from the citzens by sinking our country into outrageous debt. A police state.

Received about 15 calls from this number in the past two days.  My number is unlisted and I am on the do not call list.  How they got my number is a mystery.  I must say that the only people I released my home number to was the work at home company named E-home business.  I missed two calls from them and immediately after that, I started receiving these calls from number 707-429-6000 from a Presidio Hotel.  I am in Tennessee and knows no one in with that area code, so I decided to google the number and to my surprise.  I have not answered that call and between the time that I have been googling the number and writing this review, they have called every 5 mins.  I am gonna change my home phone number for the 5th time.  They are very persistent!

Got a call just now---caller ID said Presidio Hotel.....nobody on the other end when I said hello twice.

approx 2 weeks ago, I started to receive phone calls from Presidio Hotel, 707-429-6000.  These calls come every 30 minutes.  If and when I pick up, there is no one there.  I have tried to return the call to see what they wanted and the line is busy.  I think this is FRAUDULENT to have a so called business account phone number (Presidio Hotel does not exist) to harass people!!   Who are these people??  Why do they keep calling and hanging up!!!  Today I actually attempted to get to the bottom of this number.  707  area code is Napa Valley, CA.  The communications company was PacWest, who was bought out by MCI, who in turned was bought out from Verizon!!  Now, if one wants to report abuse calls to Verizon:  800-257-2969.  However, they have a prerecorded message indicating that they cannot do anything about unwanted calls!!!  UGH!!!  I did however, block the number from my phone.  Hopefully, this will end the unwanted phone calls from this "ghost hotel"......

the same number just called and said the presidio hotel on the caller id... it was some prank callers that asked my name... (i gave them a fake one) and if i were a virgin... i just hung up... i watch criminal minds... i know what happenes if you give your real name to people you dont know... i have a 2 year old and a 5 month old i have to protect... just sayin...

received a call from 707-429-6100, no one is on the line when i answer

Just was on a teleconference today and when the report came back on who was on the call, my cell phone number in Virginia showed us as this 707-429-6000 number.  Sprint my service provider and the Teleconference Service Provider had no answer for how this could occur.

My husband called from his cell phone and my caller id said Presidio
Hotel. It was my husband on the line though. He was in northern NC. This happened
five times in a row.

I also received a phone call from this number and did not get an answer when I said hello. I tried to call the number back and got a busy signal. I'm also on a do not call list.

I got this call from the same number---the first time I called back it was busy but the second tim e it gave a list of names and extensions--I'm going to follow thru and get the names and extensions again and this time write them down and harass them if they begin  harassing me like some of you. Pesidio hotel huh?--lets see if they get to call from san quentin---as to the claim its the government I wouldn't be surprised either but the only way to fight a harasser is to harass back
