We get these calls almost daily. It is  a recording telling us (not by name) to call back.
We did have outstanding parking tickets from 17 years ago. The original municipality placed them on our credit report, that bad mark NEVER caused us a credit problem. We were told that debt is not looked at as a real debt. We were able to buy a home and refinance a few times and buy cars, we also have credit card offers for just about every credit card company.
Just ignore them.

i got a call this morning...they claimed to be the city of orland park...all the woman would say was that it was marsha.... i havent been in orland park since 2004.....how did they get my cell number???....

Well, another collection agency is calling again, looking to scam somebody. I don't answer calls I don't recognize. This call is the first call I got from this number. I monitor all my calls. I don't have cell phone, voice mail, or answering machine just caller ID. I don't have any parking tickets, my credit report don't have any delinquent debt, no one has contacted me of any tickets in the mail. I pay my bills on time. It got to be a scam.

They called again. I'm wondering.... how long before they realize that I'm not going to answer their calls.

RMI McSi is just using Chicago Municipality name to get by with breaking the law they have call me 3 times in one day, I thought collection agencies were supposed to follow up with a validation letter. I haven't received a ticket in the mail or got a parking ticket yet.

I going to find away to no use banks and credit card companies, they are giving out my personal information to the people that violates the National Do Not Call List, setting me up for identity theft.

Robo calling excludes collection agencies, so it does not help me. All the calls I get are from collection agencies. I won't be answering the telephone.

They have called my cell, which I almost never give to anyone.  4 times today, sometimes ring twice, sometimes all the way to my voicemail, but never leave a message.  I haven't picked up, and I don't even have a driver's liscence, nor have I been to any of the localities that they have been reported for.

Who are these people.

they keep calling my home and wont stop 2 too 3 times a day..when i call back after hours its a general voice mail box but doesn't say what type of company it is....this is everyday....

The village of Homewood sold my parking tickets to these crooks.  They are a collection agency - from my credit report:

This company RMI MCSI keeps calling my house about a Chicago area municipality about a violation. They never ask for a person so how do they know they have the right person. I want this to stop

I started recieving calls from them this afternoon, non stop. Didnt answer the calls, tried calling back and got a recording and did not leave a message. I have never had any tickets other than a few toll violations which were paid in a timley manner. Why are they calling me?

Received a call from 708-455-4046 on my cell.  I've been getting calls RMI MCSI for at least a year on my home number, and now they're calling my cell!  I didn't answer the phone, but called back from my work line &  said I had just missed a call.  They said the name of the company, but backwards - MCSI RMI - and asked for the number of the missed call.  I gave them a fake number, which they ran and said it must have been a wrong number. How in the heck did they get my cell?  I don't give that out to anyone but friends and family!! Also, I have NO unpaid parking tickets, from anytime whatsoever. Scam?

I received going on 5 calls from this number on my cell which I do not give out a lot.  They just say this is mcsi and that they represent a muncipality for Chicago and that I have a municipal violation which in my opnion is like parking tickets and stuff.  I have not driven a car in my life, nor know anyone in my household with outstanding parking tickets or anything like that.

calling calling calling VM's everything never a person would say Chicago Munipality, blah blah, but because my car's in my dads name I know it's not for me if it's about tickets... called backed lady picked up asking for some Lauren. Not me and she said must of had number changed sorry about calling.  I've had the number over 3 years now.. Hopefully they took it off!!

Received this call today[2/15/10] it was a recording. My son did not wait to hear what she had to say. I googled this number and came up to this website. I have a credit rating of 839. I owe no body any fines for tickets. This has to be a "scam" I don't drive
