I received a message stating they were calling regarding a business matter and they were from the City of Calumet City. My husband called back and they said we got a red light ticket violation in August. I called back. I said can you fax me something in writing, pictures of the red light violation. She said no, they were a collection agency and that the letters were already mailed, with one being mailed at the end of January. I asked her for her full name and title, which she only replied Colleen. She said she couldn't send me anything in writing, so I said she couldn't have any of my money and hung up. And to top it off, she said my vehicle was registered in Chicago, which it has never been registered in Chicago! I am so glad I found this website. No wonder she didn't want me to call Calumet City.

I had a gut feeling something was fishy with the two messages I received. I, too, am glad I found this site.

Haven't decided what to do about it yet, but I don't believe I have any violations. I did receive one a year ago, but I got notice in the MAIL and promptly paid it.

I don't know why they keep calling and harrasing me. I don't know what they want.

Is there anyone who can tell me how I can go about getting these people off my back! They don't except payment plans and they are or already have suspended my Drivers license. I am so tired of the Rmcsi people calling me about these bellwood tickets. I have over 8,000 dollars in tickets in which they will not settle for nothing less. Is their a way I can go about handling this situation and getting my license from being suspended without paying them all that money which I don't have.

i just got a call from RMI stating i owe Oak Forest for parking tickets. Really? I said when? I'd just began working again so how i get tixs from the train station. He stated 2 from 1999 and 1 from 2005. I said that's bs, what's the amount. He said $1,000. I said you must be crazy. He said if i put $600 down and pay $140 I will be in the clear. I said clear this, i hung up. I called Oak Forest to inquire and ask why you wait many years to collect and not one notification. They went around the question, but said that if i park in Oak Forest ANYWHERE and the debt is not paid, they will tow. Well guess what, i can take the train someplace other than Oak Forest.

They said they were a Chicago Municipality on a business matter, they left the following number 708-455-4047.  Chicago has 312 & 773 area codes.   I've gotten this call several times, they seem like they are trying to get personal information.

THIS IS A SCAM...They have called several times and I called them back but they do not have a person to receive calls after business hours. Bottom line is they claimed I had a unpaid ticket in a small Maryland municipality called Forrest Hights. I call them and they refereed me to the company that handles the billing for them. I called the company and gave them my info. They pulled up a camera tick I got a few years ago that I paid but nothing open right now.....I have read most of the recent posting about this and find some kind of hard to believe...Knowing what I know....these people claiming there life is ruined by these unpaid violations should not deal directly with this company but call the Police department that they claim you have a unpaid violation with...Your state DMV will also have a record if it has went unpaid for a long time..The folks that call you probable will not have you info such as License plate, your name and address..they will try to get this info from you..DO NOT GIVE IT.....SCAMMING ...They are fishing for your info......

This phone number called me twice in 4 hours and when I called it back it was for diet supplements

I had parking tickets in richton pk back in 05' I didn't know that my license was suspended until I received a letter from rmi/mcsi. I contacted them and made an agreement to pay on a payment plan only on the condition that was in writing that the collections will be removed from my credit report, and it was done. My license was reinstated after the binding agreement was signed by both parties at the village hall. Collections were removed as each $250 was paid.
I also filed bankruptcy and included all remaining tickets and yes they were all discharged, so from personal experience yes you can include parking tickets in a chapter 7 which is what I filed and a chapter 13.

This company is horrible- they are COMPLETELY rude, unprofessional, and they try to bully you into giving them money over the phone without sending you a copy of the bill because "they don't have to send you anything." We got a call from a MCOA which said we also have a red light camera ticket from 2011. No clue!!! never received a thing in the mail. I called and wanted a copy, they told me all files were deleted...REALLY..They also had the wrong address. They gave a a ARL# which didn't match our address or city...I asked for the plate number. Again she said all files were deleted. How do they have no info, but can get a hold of us after 3 years. They told us it would go to collections as well. No idea what to do either. The woman was very rude and unwilling to help at anything. Kind of made me think about it. The ticket was in Alsip. I called the police department one time he told me it was not ours Because of the ARL# MCOA gave us. He said he would go through the calls at MCOA. Then called back and claimed I never placed a call..that's complete BS..Thats how I got a ARL# was by calling MCOA back. Which then he gave me a different ARL#. I have no idea what to do myself.
