recvd a call from 714 551 5501.  did not recognize number so i answered....  detective peters, hagerstown police dept.... how can i help you?  :o)  works like a charm.  i dont get repeat calls anymore.

Receiving calls every day, several times a day this week from 714-551-5501 and they hang up. Tonight I answered. This woman asked to take some consumer market survey. I asked for her name, the name of company and their location.. She answered Rachel Garcia with a robot accent, the name of Company was "Burke" and was calling from Orange County. I asked how she got my number being that I was on the Do Not Call List? ...she said the computer randomly gives them the phone numbers. I said that is not acceptable. Then asked nicely to please remove me "from their computer" and not to call this number again. She said "I'll try.." I responded, what do you mean you'll try?! May I remind you it is the law. She said, OK Miss and about to hang up when I kept her on the line, & asked for a supervisor.

Waiting under a minute while her hand was on the phone to keep me from hearing her end, a gentleman got on. I asked his name, John Davies with a Spanish accent. ahem. I asked him for the company name and phone number. He gave me a different name, "Customer Speak" @ 800-525-5213. I told him nicely of my conversation with his employee... reminded him of the legalities concerning these kind of phone calls... and that he see to removing me from the list as I will be reporting this company and is now On Notice. He was very nice and cooperative (we'll see) and we said good night.
I then went to Google all these names and numbers, etc... called these numbers and it all came full circle- sort of. The phone # he gave me lead to an after hours message for a company named 'Burke'. I left message to take me off list... 'Customer Speak' lead to what looked like a dead end but I fished around this website and the contact # lead me back to "Datascension."

Weird weird weird!

person left message "ma? " and then cleared voice. came here first. scammer!

Got a call yesterday and another today from this number.  They leave an automated message on my voicemail about picking up tickets.  Not sure who this is.
