I got the same deal from the annoying idiots

Also received a message from this number telling me I was listed as a "third party contact" on a case in both Federal and State court.  Insisted I respond immediately to "help" my friend.

Rubin and Yates are harassing me; they call me all hours of the night, they are mean and nasty and will not leave me alone, they said I need to pay a credit card off that was paid 2 years ago. I am handicapped and not able to walk, and they kept calling me and I felt this needs to stop? I lost my job in 2008 and have been unable to go back to work because of my back. I live on a simple little money each month enough to put a roof over my head, and buy food. I paid this bill and owe no more to these people, I have been in contact with the creditor and sent them papers it was paid. This man asked me how I paid my bill off, I felt it was none of his business. And hung up. Please make these people stop bothering me.

My husband and I were contacted by David Michael Anthony from Rubin and Yates claiming that we were going to be sued for credit card fraud. As you could imagine this scared the day lights out of me until I started doing some research and much to my dismay this has been nothing but some bully that is contacting our family and friends and is being very abrasive with them. After doing this research I am one mad mama so needless to say he will be contacted by my lawyer we will see who gets sued first.

Being a Collector doesn't give you the right to scream and treat people like dirt; you need to listen and get the story straight, that will make it so much easier for both, but collectors don't want to hear, they don't want to understand. You should feel lucky that you didn't loose your job or that you or someone got so sick to the point that was money for your medicines or pay the bills. There are actual people out there that feel shame they can't pay because they are in unemployment or the $400 they get a week are to pay that medicine that's $300 a month then food for you and your family for left $100.

You should be happy you were able to pay and that you are debt free, consider yourself lucky and don't judge everyone if you don't know their story.

Got a call from some guy Josh from Rubin & Yates I believe in regards Chase bank, they told me it was a legal matter and that I needed to call 1-855-284-5914. The problem with all these collectors is that they don't want to work with you, they want to force to pay something that you can't afford and when you offer $25.00 or $50.00 they get aggressive and they don't want to help. They are disrespectful and threatening, aggressive and not polite, there is no reasoning with them or talking to them.

Some day I will be able to pay my debts, hopefully soon when both of my parents and my sister get a job, but for now 6 people are leaving on a 2 people income, can't feed the family and pay what they are asking for, so my family is first.

Wow  I'm glad I Google them. They called me and made it seem like I was going to jail within 24 hours if I didn't respond immediately. I've been laid off three times in three years and am currently barely making ends meet. I have no medical insurance and make 33 dollars too much to get any assistance . I'm a God fearing person who has always paid my way. But since this economic disaster has hit the education field ( closings of 16 schools  in my district alone) I have lost almost everything. Including my retirement which I needed just to stay at the poverty  level. I have a lawyer  in order to file bankruptcy which I hate to do. There just is no other way. All the banks and insurance companies have been bailed out but us everyday working folk still struggle . THE BIBLE EVEN ALLOWS FOR DEBT FORGIVENESS EVERY 7YEARS . Now I will not be afraid when they call with their  falsites about being a lawyer. Thank you for posting the information. A man named David Michael Anthony callwd from 716 650 2640 claiming someone had a lawsuit against me. He urged that  i needed to respond immediately to 1 855 276 3103 ext 115 or his law form  ( Reuben an Yates) wpuld move forward witj the lawsuit. At first i wad frightened. Then i googled the firm. Happy i did. Three job loses in three years due to the economy is enough to worry about. Even the Bible allows for debt forgiveness. I dont fear man.....i fear God. Now that i am armed with correct info i will handle them. If they refuse to stop    i will file suit against them and pay my debts on their dime. How dare thry intimidate hard working struggling peopke. Wonder how they would feel if the shoes they wete walking in suddenly became ours.

These people called my daughter's cell phone TWICE within 5 mins looking for me.  When she told them they had the wrong number, they immediately called my cell phone.  I did not answer, hoping they would leave a voice mail (which they did).  Again it was a guy from Rubin & Yates.  He first stated that he needed to hear from me or my attorney but then said he was looking for MY SISTER.  Claimed he had to speak to my sister and her attorney ASAP regarding legal action filed against her.  Turns out that this same guy had also called my sister's daughter.  How he connected me and my daughter to my sister I have no clue.  What it all boils down to is that he didn't need me, my daughter, my niece or my sister.  He was actually looking for my sister's ex-husband for a debt he incurred BEFORE they were ever married.  Instead he decided to harrass us looking for someone we have not had contact with for almost 10 years.

This +1 (716) 650-5211 # and so many other numbers call my phone asking for someone different each time. And all have the same thing in common of saying there's a ligitation or something involved against a person there asking for. I tell them a hundred times that no one is here by that name, so they call back and ask for another name. These guys are fraudulent scammers. They need to be caught. They keep harassing me and every time  and I keep telling them to take my number off there list and they always hang up.
