Unknown caller soliciting cell phone consumers with Student loan debt offer.  No chance to opt-out.

Got a call but no message was left.  This number will now be added to my scammers contact. Thanks for the heads up from everyone.

SCAM. Robot voice said, "Hello, this is Tiffany..." blah blah blah something about reducing my student loan payment (I don't have a student loan). Typical phishing BS.

Didnt answer but called them back from a different phone number. The response: The magic jack customer you are calling is not available to take my call. Magic jack, hah, what a dweeb.

I also received a call from this number but, I don't answer my phone for unrecognized the numbers. I google them to see if they are scams then block them.

Called, did not leave voicemail. May be because I don't have a personal voicemail message.

Called cell lower credit card rates.

Recorded message saying it was a Student Loan Association helpline. When I pressed "1" for more information, they hung up on me when I asked who was calling.

Got a call.  Said it was something about an advantage I'm getting to my student loan interest rate based on the whole Obama stuff - problem is?  My loans are paid off for a fair few years now and I have the letter stating as such.  Hung up, now on the reject list.
The call was from somewhere in New York, and occured 6:26pm on 25 May 2016.  I only answered it as I do have friends in NY and they had issues with their previous carrier so... possibility of switching and thus having a new phone number is there.  I think I'll tell them to email me the new phone number instead of call me by it.

I did not answer and they did not leave a message. I blocked the number.
