So how is annoying people who clearly and plainly say "not interested don't call back" and then continuing to ignore that "doing their job"? If someone tells me that my job is to then not call them back, not to keep harassing them.

I did they just continue to keep calling everyday for multiple people.

wanted to verify our address so they could send us a "free" publication.  When I orginially answered the phone I heard a chime over and a representative said "hello?"  When I called the number back it rang not in service

"Hi my name is ** and I'm calling on behalf of ** to do your yearly update on our magazine for *business owner*" hung up on her mid sentence. Every year Idk how many times I tell people to remove us from their lists. caller ID even read NOT ASSIGNED so I knew it was bogus. and same as last post, when I answered, I heard a quick chime as I answered with the company greeting.

wants to update address to send out free publications. you tell them to stop calling and they don't. very annoying.

almost a year later and they're calling again with the same nonsense as if we were already getting their so called magazines. caller ID is reading NOT ASSIGNED, I just pick up the receiver and hang it up. had to ask IT block the number.

Double tapped today-again.

CallerID: NOT ASSIGNED.  really.  They hung up before it went to VM.

Caller ID = "NOT ASSIGNED," red flag. I answered, nobody was there.

A caller claimed that I had been chosen for a government grant but want you cc number for $3.85 activation fee. LOL “ARE YOU CRAZY”

Caller ID says "not assigned".   I put the call on "mute" and waited for them to hang up.  Maybe dead air is their kryptonite.   Very suspicious.

Got this call this afternoon.  About renewing a magazine subscription my boss has.  She asked me several questions before she said "we are on a recorded line"!  I told her I always assume the call is being recorded but that she should say that FIRST!  I know better than to answer YES to ANY question from people like this!  That's how they get you!  Once I confirmed the mailing/email and phone info, she asked me for my name.  I already know telling these people that they don't need my name doesn't work, so I've learned to give them a fake name and title. Then, she started into a list of questions regarding what we do and what my boss is interested in.  I hung up.

Even FIOS identifies it as UNASSIGNED. Oh well. 4 rings and a hang-up

Thanks to the research done by users above, I was able to block this number before it called again.  It called _exactly_ at 9:00 AM this morning.
