I got a call from this number and no response form other side!! some scam???

Called two times this past month, and once on my cell, I think.  My cell phone automatically restricted the call.

The cheapest deal is Magic Jack.  That's what I use; it's only $20 a year.

I have Magic Jack now for my main phone(Only $20 a year!!).  But I was a Vonage customer.  I looked up the number on the internet, and the results said it was from Newark, NJ, from a company called Paetec Communications, Inc.

several calls a day, no voice mail. very iritating.

if you call it - it says "vonage a better way to call".  they want you to put in your vonage phone number.

Hung up as soon as I answered the phone

I recieved a call from 732-907-2113 a week ago, right after I moved my Vonage device from behind my firewall to in front of it.  I had it behind the firewall for several months before getting the call.  

After reading these messages I suspect it is someone (or multiple someones) who are determining usage so they can hack the device and make calls through it.  I never got a call from them behind my firewall.  Im going to move it back.

I have used this before in the past with PacBell and the FCC sent me an investigation report in 7 days, and PacBell took us off the list (and sent an appology) by day 9.

I got 3 calls from this # today on my Vonage phone line.  On the 3rd call, they left a 5 min 28 sec blank message.

I just got this call today on home phone. Left blank msg on answer machine.

Vonage is actually based in NJ (area code 732)  I've been with Vonage for a few years and have become dissatisfied lately- partly because I've been getting these hangups (from them no less!) but also, they've removed their customer support number from their web site, so you can't call them to complain!  If anyone's interested, the vonage customer service / support number is 1-800-VONAGE-HELP   Yea... help alright.  They need help because I'm bailing on them, and going to T-Mobile @ home.  $10/month for unlimited.

Well, I guess I'm a member of this club now. Got a call tonight from this number. Nobody on the other end when I picked up.

Got a call from 732-907-2113.  Wasn't here to answer but they left a prerecorded message on my voice mail thanking me for switching to vonage.  What's interesting is I've never switched to vonage and I'm registered on the do not call list.  Will be reporting them!!  So if you get one please report them also.

Really, in this economy there are companies I PRAY will crash and burn, esp. the ones adopting the moral ethics of the big phone companies prtending to be all that, and all different LIKE VONAGE... just watch - in 3 months, just as COMCAST did, they will jack up their rates, and begin harassing you at home with unwanted marketing call, at all hours, just like AT&T did, Comcast did ... they ALL DISREGARD the DNC lists, they ALL shared customer lists, and they have all our numbers. They are the SOURCE of this harassment. I have a private number and am on the DNC list, and still this VONAGE keeps calling. Crash and burn WONAGE.

got a call from this number today. No message or anything. Called it back and a female with an indian voice (pre-recorded) said there are not sufficient funds to complete the call (as if i was on a pre-paid). Well, I don't use pre-paid, I use a Sprint plan! I tried to call it back from a land line and got the same message.

Got another call from them today again thanking me for switching.  Don't get how they can thank someone for switching when they haven't switched.  I reported them yet again.

Same number 732 907 2113.  I have an old but active Vonage account. Vonage "Activity" did not show this number as having processed through the account. I do have simul-ring through to my cell phone, and that is where it showed up -- on the cell phone. It did not ring, or at least I did not hear it ring on the cell. I am in the IT business, and this sounds classically like a phishing schema, trying to get personal information, CC numbers, etc. DO NOT GIVE ANY INFORMATION TO ANYBODY unless you initiated the call at you own volition. SHAME ON Vonage IF THEY DO NOT RESPOND TO THIS SITUATION.
