- Marie replies to BeccaI just got a call from this number. the man asked for me by name, and when I said "Speaking", he hung up!!! What kind of idiots does Vonage have working for them. I am going to call Vonage right now and report him. Thanks for all the info people! At least by reading these posts I knew right away this was a problem.
- MarieThis man has called me several times and actually asks for me by my name. When I say "Speaking", he hangs up on me. The Caller ID shows "Vonage". I called the company Vonage and reported him. Clearly this man is not trying to make a sale but for some reason is harrassing people since others have reported the same problem with this same telephone number. I honestly believe this man is "not right" in his head! Please, if this man calls you, report him!
- Caller: Vonage (I assume)

- LDThis company keeps calling me then disconnects. I use to be a customer untill
I had a miss falling out. I'll never do business with them again nor will I ever promote them...Try getting a hold of them when you need them. Also try terminating your service with them...Its like going to war...!
This company dont understand "I WANT TO TERMINATE MY SERVICE PERIOD"
Would I ever use them again? Not as long as I can send smoke signals... - Mel replies to JT12321The correct Customer Support number is actually 1-866-VONAGE-HELP. I called and asked to be placed on their Do Not Contact list.
- Vonage REP| 1 replyBefore you bash me keep In mind I'm a student at Iowa State University majoring in business. But I work for a company in Ames Iowa that uses this exact number to make telemarketing calls for who..... none other than VONAGE. I have to call people everyday from this exact same number, it's a new jersey number but a group of about 40 of us all make calls from this one number. We harass people everyday trying to get them to sign up for [***] vonage service. I do it because I am in college and need a job. I personally hate Vonage, I think it's a load of crap and feel bad when ever I sign someone up for it. Sometimes we call people so often that I recognize names that come back up on our list. It's not like we purposly call people over and over again, the computer generates a random list and we just sit at a computer and a random number pops up and we ask for the name on the screen, we did not personally dial a number. Then after we go through these list we have to dispo these calls a certain way then recycle the lists and call them again. And the reason sometimes you pick up and theres no one on the other line is because we don't get the call on our computer until someone has already answered, and sometimes theres a delay. So usually when the call comes to my computer there is someone on there screaming hello who has said 2 or 3 times already and I'm just hearing her or him for the first time. So keep in mind, the people making these calls dont like calling you anymore then you like having them call you. It's a job in a time when the job market is extremly bad. So give them a break.
One more quick piece of info.... the reason vonage calls you, is because at one time you either called into vonage for any reason, weather you just had a random question or if your already a vonage customer and you have a questions, all calls that are made to vonage are then thrown into a list that vonage then calls back and tries to sign them up with Vonage. Another reason Vonage calls you, you fill out some information on the Website, weather again your just wanting some information or are serisously considering signing up, you might enter your name or a number, that name and number gets thrown into another list that vonage will call and try to get you to sign up. And finally if you are actually able to cancel your vonage account, we call back former vonage customers and try to get them to resign back up..... so there you go, that's why they are calling you!!!!- Caller: Vonage
- Call type: Telemarketer
- JoyceI get a call at work from 732-907-2113 at least 3 times a day. How can I make it stop. It's always the same I answer the call disconnects.
- Caller: I see in the blogs that it's Vonage
- AnonymIf they don't leave a voicemail, i don't answer for unknown numbers, but they only called me twice, next time i'll pick up, then i'll yell at some unexpecting vonage customer service person if it is what everyone is saying.
- tired of callsI too signed up for vonage a few days ago and I used my cell phone to call them to set it up. Strange. there must be a vonage employee who is accessing the system. Do not give out any information to anyone calling you in this manner. If they try to speak to you tell them you will call vongage directly and hang up. call vongage's customer service line and report it.
- MEI'm surprised to see this thread is so long. Got this same call today as well. Added to my blocked list so that I WILL NOT be bothered again. I have never been/will be a Vonage customer and have no time for the repeat calls many of you have rec'd. The best way to stop it is to add your numbers (work, cell, home, etc) to the DO NOT CALL registry https://www.donotcall.gov/ . Remember it takes about 31 days for it to go into effect so in the meantime, block the number if you can. Also, if after you've placed your # on the DO NOT CALL list (for at least 31 days)and they are still calling you, file a complaint with the FTC https://www.donotcall.gov/complaint/complaintcheck.aspx or call them directly Do Not Call helpline: 1-888-382-1222; TTY: 1-866-290-4236 . Hope that helps and good luck!
- gI began receiving calls from this number about a week ago and then suddenly out of no where I received a box from Vonage with their product inside. I called them and advised that I did not open an acct nor do I want their product. They opened a fraud case. I will update once I figure out what they do.

- AnastasiaReceived several calls at work from 732-907-2113 number, if I answer, they hung up. Last time I kept silent and had enough time to write their number down. Looked it up on the Internet and saw multiple complaints from other people. Supposedly, it is Vonage's number.
