- ShuntaI got a call from this number at nearly 8:00 pm. I go to bed because I have to be up early. I Don't want these people calling me. Stop calling! I don't know you and I don't want to know you so stop calling my 386 number at anytime of day, but especially when I've gone to bed. It's rude! STOP CALLING!

- Pointless 101 replies to Patricia KelleyIt's quite interesting, I had gone on this website to figure out if that call I received was most likely spam and after reading all these messages I have seen, it's absurd to ask; pointless in many ways. Here is a piece of advice and don't bother replying because I will most likely not check back up on this website. If you have some self respect and you glorify your job so much, stop replying to these messages, because you are leaving a much lower image of yourself than what you had before, its worthless. I personally hate the calls myself, but if you guys insist no matter how many times people fill out no call list forms, then the behavior you guys receive is perfectly understandable. A completely biased comment here, because the person I talked to wasn't rude(at least they never got the chance to be considering I hung up disregarding such calls) if you actually want people to respect your job and what you do, try being nicer on posts for instance, because the image you are trying to portray isn't quite working for you. Lastly I just wanted to clear this up, how could you blame people for doubting the source of such calls considering these post; I see people writing it was a call about medicare others saying it was a survey and I got one supposedly about my phone company which is obviously not true. Anyways good night, take in consideration my points of view and do what someone said a few comments ago; stop commenting back because if someone has such rude things to say back they obviously feel offended and if they feel offended, they are taking it personal and that isn't proper in a job. REMEMBER THIS IS A COMPLETELY GENERALIZED OPINION PIECE. GOOD NIGHT.
- grandmaof10Got a call on 3/20/12 @ 4:37 pm. (Interrupting dinner) I told the lady we were not interested in responding to surveys. Was told its important we answer. Told them we are on do not call list so please don't call. Was told they don't have to follow the do not call registry. Again told the lady we were not interested in responding, she started to tell me again how important it ....when I hung up. Don't understand why she couldn't just accept I was not interested and say thank you anyway...
The reason we have been on the do not call registry is so we are not bothered. If we wanted to answer survey's, we would not be on the registry. I believe it should cover surveys, and all unwanted calls, political and other, which I understand it doesn't....- Caller: MARKET STRAGITIES

- TrollslayerWow I was just trying to find out who the caller ID was, but I must say I bit off more than I could chew. every one on here is a cyber troll (and i guess I'm one too for giving in with a response). Does seriously no one have anything better to do than waste their stereotypical aggression on a winded topic that has no real world applications. Instead of arguing with a crippled telemarketer why don't you talk about something relevant and applicable to humanity. If you're sick and tiered of arguing with telemarketers over the phone then i would thing you would be sick and tiered of arguing with them online (but with 25 pages of nonsense i see it isn't so). The reason for this is not because you are outraged by telemarketers, but rather because you are outraged by your own miserable lives, and so when the opportunity to cut down another human being presents itself you seize opportunity by the throat. For all you know this woman isn't even who she says she is and yet you let malice and hated cloud your judgment. Time to pick a new topic, and hopefully an important one. Last time I checked the telemarketers weren't responsible for the horrible economy in this country, however if they are responsible for it I'm sure someone will put their two cents in and correct me, because this is America and this is what happens when you give computers to people who need to get laid more.

Market Strategies International of Livonia Michigan is a somewhat legitimate survey company using the DNC loophole of a simple survey to contact anyone. As Ceci/Patricia a survey telemarketer has written their job is difficult calling people at home or at work who do not want to be disturbed. You can go to their website
http://www.politicalopinionsofamerica.org/user_dnc.aspx
and click on their own 'survey Do Not Contact' request form. Enter your correct phone number, any name and a "Throw Away" email address. Don't complain here if you just want to say "Tell Them to Stop Calling Me" they cannot hear you. Help yourself and get a phone with Number Blocking, also record the SIT tones twice at the beginning of your home and cell phone voicemail announcement to inform a telemarketer's outbound predictive dialing equipment that your number is 'not in service', when it really is in service:

- mary replies to Patricia KelleyMy goodness Kelley, you are certainly bitter. The fact remains, people do not want to be called. The key term is "called." If people want to give their opinions or have their voices heard, they will choose to do so. That means, they will CALL YOU...not the other way 'round. I sometimes answer surveys on the internet or that I've received in the mail because they do not represent and inconvenience nor a bother. I am not "forced" to get up from a meal and answer the phone. I am not "forced" to answer a million questions as read by someone whose identity I cannot verify...etc. I can choose to ignore a letter or an email but a ringing telephone does not afford that choice. You are essentially saying "here we are" you must deal with us in some way...NO I will not. I have blocked all calls except those that I want to receive. I have a call blocker that holds 2,700 phone numbers...more than enough. Now...as for all your "disabilities." If you see yourself as disabled..you are...There are thousands of jobs available for online and for those who can do nothing but use a telephone. Contact your local job service and request a meeting. You'll find something else I'm sure..as for having to pay your disability and welfare...well perhaps that's better than having you annoy us.

- ABCThey called me about half an hour ago...asking for the person who is most knowledgable about our account with the local energy company. My guess is they're doing research based on their website which the first person on this list provided. The caller was not very professional but the website is pretty well organized and easy to look at. I was able to put us on the do not call list.
Seems simple enough. Let's see what happens.- Caller: http://www.marketstrategies.com/

- RichardI didn't answer the call when it came in. I knew it was some kind of scam. Thank goodness for caller ID because the famous 'Do Not Call' list is not being observed.

- beachladyI have received numerous calls from this particular number. The caller ID reads market strategies. I had ignored the calls initially and finally decided to pick up the phone one day. I asked them to please take my name from their call listing. I still continue to receive daily calls from this number and give them the same message every time. I can't believe nothing can be done about this nuisance. This is definitely harrassement!
