called DAILY for 3 weeks until I got them off my back.  Wanted to do a utilities usage survey.  Said that they are MSI Research co.

Got called for the second consecutive day today - found this info in a Google search.  If they call again (now that I've submitted the removal request) it's time to F with 'em.

I guess "and more" means calling relentlessly on a Sunday, American law needs to change to cater to the lowest common denominator, because people no longer have any decency or respect in the way they operate.

Of cause that will make the country is a dictatorship, but there you go.

Thanks for the info! I got a call from this number, then went online and saw that I wasn't the only one. An hour later, they called again. I answered the phone and said, "Take me off your list immediately. (SILENCE ON THE OTHER END OF THE PHONE). "Immediately," I said. (SILENCE) "Immediately," I said again. A woman's voice on the other end said, "Yep, I'm doing that right now, ma'am. Have a good day."

No one has to put up with these unwanted phone calls from people like this.
Don't put up with it. Tell them to stop.

I have received phone calls from 734-542-7758 for 5 days in a row, May 7th>>> May 11th, including today---Sunday! Whitepages.com showed this number is from a landline in Livonia, MI. Identity is unpublished or unavailable.  According to other postings, the number belongs to Marketing Strategies.
I am going to go to their site to get my CELL PHONE number taken off their list.  Thank you for everyone that has posted.

There should be a law against this type of intrusive call.

The dialer hangs up, leaving no message.
An non-sensical autodialer. On a Saturday afternoon.

There is a real danger to this type of unnecessary call.

The do not call "form" of theirs asks for too much personal information other than the receiving end phone number ... information that is data for them to use.

I am contacting the state's Atty General.

Started getting phone calls from this number "again". I thought I got rid of them a couple of months ago. When I see their name on my Caller ID I just don't answer the phone. I let it go straight to my answering machine. They don't leave messages, they just hand up.

Called 5/23 at 7:42 p.m.
Called 5/24 at 9:52 a.m.

They hang up when they get the answering machine, and that's all they're going to get.  Too bad the Do Not Call Registry only covers telemarketers and not marketing survey companies.

MSI called but as soon as she started speaking i said i am on the federal do not call list she replied that because she is only requesting a survey that does not apply. I responded by asking are you with a political organization or someone I have done business with then it does apply to your company, I was a call center manager for 6 years I know the law so take me off your list. she replied as the reciever headed for its holder and her voice trailed on.... its a scam i heard it in her voice.. intuitive feeling you know i had to train people to sound sincere or at least stop lying with their voices anyways there is no way they could have gotten my number only 6 persons have it. no business or government has it. i always tell everyone I dont have a phone that way my home is mine and its very peaceful I dont have to train my kids to be rude to people because no rude people call my home. rude in that even though i was a manager who trained people to do that we never just bought list or called people who had not requested more information on our products so I had it easier but even that was hard to bother person in their sanctuary their home. its their right not to be bothered and alot of telemarketers dont get that. they think they have a right to be rude but that is not right!

calls everyday,at dinner time. will block this on privacy manager ,if they call again --I will report them to the police in michigan.

several calls no message left. Trying advice of first posting using http://www.marketstrategies.com/do+not+contact.aspx form. I'll be back here if this doesn't work. Have not added them to do not call register yet.

They have called everyday fpor about 3 weeks now. Today was the kicker, I told them I wasn't interested in their survey, hung up... and they guy had the nerve to CALL RIGHT BACK... I just filled out the form for do not call... we'll see
