This number calls everyday.  Avoid.

Three phone calls in one week.keep asking who called oncor about the power outage.
 We haven't had any power outages

Called last evening. Silence on the line when picked up.

I received one yesterday evening and a woman wanted me to take a political survey.

Sunday afternoon Father's Day.   This gal calls to conduct a research survey.    She asked if I would be the one to talk to you.   I said no, you would need to talk to the cat.   Do you want to speak to the cat?   She sighs and hangs up.

Called twice, no message and I didn't answer.  Looking at 11 pages on this number it's a scammer number...NEVER going to answer.

called my cell # after 8pm from Michigan and tried to convince me they were with Oncor.  supposedly returning a call about power outage from my number.  I know for a fact as I am the ONLY user of my cell phone that NO call regarding power outage was made to Oncor; certainly not in the last few days as was declared.   Oncor has an automated reporting number and I have NEVER had Oncor call me back regarding a reported outage.  It has ALWAYS been an automated notification as to status of the report response.  Told him he was a scam caller and hung on him. This number is now blocked.

Got a call from this number at 9:00PM    We do not answer any calls we don't know.   Comes up on caller ID  as   MSI Research.    Ignorant morons,   no message ever left on machine.    These losers have nothing better to do unlike those of us who have to get up early for work the next day.    we have turned this number over to the FCC.

Caller ID noted: MSI Research _ not interested _ not familiar _ no message was left. Other websites say MSI= "Market Strategies International" a consumer research firm.

if you call some of those numbers back you will find that the number has been disconnected. I get em from the IRS from vehicle warranty credit card and Microsoft and of course they can hardly speak English and I know a little oriental AND so I say some words in Vietnamese and laugh at them and hang up.

My boyfriend answered the phone to a guy reciting the end of the alphabet then numbers 1-9, then 0 and then he hung up on us. Wtf?

Checked my call logs with the phone company and this number came up. Don't know what's it about because the phone does not ring or go to voicemail.

Has been calling nightly at 5:30. Never answer and they never leave a message.

Called but left no message. Previously called almost a year ago, did not leave message then either.

This number keeps calling about the same time every night I don't answer but it is becoming annoying

We got a call from this number today at 5:05 pm on our non published home number. Thinking it was my wife, I answered, but there was silence. When I checked the caller ID I saw that it was MSI RESEARCH. I called back anonymously and heard a recording which said "You have reached Market Strategies and MSI Research. We are a Michigan-based market and survey research firm with call centers in several North American cities." The number will be added to our call blocker.
