Numbers are randomly selected but controversial and has been shut down several times by the FTC since Tobo calls are now illegal and a random selection of numbers really does not allow the telemarketer to know who they are reachingbifvyou answer. Best policy always. If you don’t recognize the number don’t answer. If no message is left it’s not legit , (normally)  block the number but if you do answer wait for them to speak by not giving them your voice to activate their scam.

Robo call. Caller ID says it's MSI Research. I stopped answering such calls a long time ago, but they're still annoying. What's the good of having a phone if I have to keep the ringer off? Can't trust Caller ID any more.The  Do Not Call list is worthless. Feds and phone co's don't care and won't be bothered to work on a solution.

The name that came up was MSI Research and I immediately blocked the number.

Calling blocked # on Sunday evening to scam people. Pathetic losers.

This number 734 743 2552 calls me every night around 8 pm never leaves a message I will not answer

First, it is rude to type in all caps.  Second, I have to wonder how you actually expect the outfit calling you to see that post and to know who to stop calling.  Third,you should not be posting or telling anyone that your mother had dementia.  I would suggest that you either tell them, send them a certified, return receipt letter, or get a call blocker, any of which would be a much  more adult solution.

I finally answered today the lady said she was from TMobile and wanted me to answer a few questions . At first I thought it was T-Mobile I answered the questions but then she started asking personal questions how much I make after taxes and how many adults and kids live in my house hold . When I told her why are you asking personal questions if it’s a phone company . She ignored my question and said thanks for your time have a good day and hung up .
Wish I would of never answered .. Block this number ...

   They ask if I was an adult. I told the caller I was a little kid. He then ask when he could speak with an adult in the  house. I replied: NEVER and I hung up.

Called me about my electric bill.

I don't answer anymore if I don't know the caller.

Call is from Michigan area code, not Maryland.
