they have called me in the middle of the night recently..  it seems like some sort of paid sex service, and they threatened that if I didn't pay them, (what I just don't know) they'd do something They'd do.  what, hit on my car???they called my skype #…skype has to do something about this!!!  the US laws are tougher than UK on commuter fraud, so, I'm going to help MI5 take theye's guys mineravleQ!!!

THIS BROAD JUST CALLED MY CELL PHONE AND WORK PHONE....TALKING ABOUT ITS A LEGAL MATTER AGAINST ME AND MY SSN.  WHEN I ASKED HER BY WHOM, SHE SAID SHE DIDN'T HAVE MY FILE IN FRONT OF HER AND I HAD TO CALL HER BOSS...THEN WHEN YOU CALL THE NUMBER BACK IT RINGS AND GOES TO THE BUSY SIGNAL....THESE PEOPLE BETTER STOP PLAYING WITH ME, ESPECIALLY WHEN YOU START CALLING MY PLACE OF EMPLOYMENT THAT WAS NOT COOL.....

I got a call from 760-269-4176 stating that they had a law suit against me and my social security #. It was from a attorney Micheal Carter. I called the number back and he hung up on me. He called me at work and my mom's cell phone.

i receive the same call stating they are from a lawyer office and i will be arrested from my place of employment and la county sherrif dept will deliver a warrent to my place of employment tomorrow stating i receive a loan a while back and never pd but will not give any more information and i will receive a call in two hours telling me what to do and when i receive the papers give them a call

I have received 2 calls today from that number.  Last week I just dealt with another company that said they were from a law firm from Illinois.  I called the law firm and they said I was the third person calling about this and it was a scam so somebody was using there law firm name.    So here comes another.  This guy saids his name is John Miller and he could barely speak english.  When that number shows up I am not answering it.   Rule of the game no matter how poor we can get never take a payday loan out on the internet that is how they get the information.

I think these are all the same people.  Last week i received calls from (309)200-0194.  Today i received SAME threatening calls from (760)269-4176. I contacted the Federal Trade Commission AND the FBI.  These people should be locked up!

I actually work at a Sheriff's Department and they have continued to call me even after I tell them where I work and also that I want it mailed to me in writing. I just received a call at work from an unknown number stating the same thing then they actually begin to cuss me out and say very vulgar things to me. I told them I could get an officer to talk to them and they said they were an officer. LOL I told them to loose my number but I am quite certain they will call back. They have called my cell, house and work. If you get any call like this, ignore it!!!!!

I also live in west Texas and work at a Sheriff's Office and have gotten the same kind of calls. It is a scam. We have had numerous reports of these calls in our office.

I have had calls from this number and numbers that come in as unavailable. The names used that I remember are Brian Raymond, Gary Miller, and Mike Walker along with the attorney Michael Carter. First of all...don't you find it funny they try to pass of such American names when they can hardly speak english??? Miller and Walker identified themselves as Officer_________ . REALLY??? And all the calls are the same..."Sue you...arrest you...charges against you"...I told them to bring it on then "Walker" told me I will bring the arrest warrant there and F___ You B_____. He repeated this several times. I simply told him to lose my number and hung up while laughing to myself.

I changed my number I can not take it any more> I found out they are buying are info this women called me 8 times in 5 mins scream out me and calling me names and now they have stated calling my work so good luck every one At this point I have went to the bank changed everything mine has been happen since last year talking to them scream at them dose not help they told me there is to many of them. So all I can say is Change your number dont but you number out there and good luck ever one

those are the same numbers contacting me as well the 3092000194 illinois number was al smith and some female at that number 7602694176 both claiming to be law firms and i am going to be arrested at my home or work for unknown matters against my name and social but a john miller use to harass my number last summer almost got me fired for how many times he called my job does anyone know who these scam artists are?????????

Hi , this number called me and told me to call and they had me on fraud and three other counts , and they said that they would be coming to my job on the next business day to come lock me up , it caused me to have a panic attack and, it made me nervous as hell so i called my lawyer and they told me that it was a prank call and not to worry about it

again with this number how do we stop these people im fed up being harrassed by them the woman this time i snapped on said im the f-ing problem and im the f-ing issue im about to change my number that ive had for over a year now so they stop

tell them you no longer work there because they were calling you so much then change your number don't leave your voice name or anything on the voice mail don't every but your number on the in thing over the web it has help me some I almost lost my job over it other then that if you don't they will still call you and harass you good luck

we have been having nonstop calls from these middle eastern people. im so fed up with it all. about to let the BBB know .. today i spoke to a michelle brown. and she told my husband that he had a outstanding loan and will be arrested tonite.. he never had a loan. she hung up. so i kept trying to call this [***] back. of course shed answer it and then hang up immediatley.. finally a guy answered it. and said she was in a metting. so im trying to talk to him while he keeps yelling. i told him listen to me... this woman is harrassing us..  and he hung up.. so i called from another phone number. for him to answer it one time. and i asked to talk to michelle.. he said no you may not. i asked for a manager. and he claimed to be the manager. im telling him how unprofessional they are by hanging up on people and lying. he basically said. in nicer terms. f.u [***]. you cant do anything.. and hung up.. im over this [***]

This same number has ben calling my cell all morning i havent picked up, yet they called my husbands work and threatened his boss my husbands under investigation and the need his ssnumber wich they wouldnt give since he works on base!!!! outrageous! please tell me who i report this to i think the fbi needs to get involved this is a huge scam obviously!

I got a call today on my cell phone. they said they were from the Investigations dept and a sherriff was coming to arrest me.  I told them you people are so stupid you are calling the same people from a different phone no.  and I was still waiting to be arrested from last year.   I even called that no. back last yr. and said I was still waiting and have not seen the sherriff yet.  That person got rude and hung up on me.  Gonna call this no. back tomorrow and say I'm still waiting.   The have the same thing to read to you, time sensative, I or my lawyer should call back without delay, if not good luck.

I just received the same phone call.  tried to call the number back and all i get is a busy signal.
