Theses same jackholes called me & my cell phone a second ago, Unforunately for them they called the wrong guy ( I'm a federal law enforcement officer). When I asked for the caller to repeat what he said. He gave the same tired speil about getting my information & my attorney's information in regards to a law suit being filed against me & my SSN#. I identified who I was & told him we know it's a scam & we will trace the number after that he hung up. So I called the number back this time a female answered the phone. When I tried to get information regarding the company or group who called the phone suddely was hung up. Beware: do not give any information over the phone; there are millions of scams being circulated via phone, internet & email. If any legal matter come up, attorney's would have it sent via the courts not by phone.

I received a call from this number apporx. 5 minutes ago.  As in some of the above posts, I was also asked for my attorney's information.  When I refused, they told me to call back and speak to Attorney Michael Carter as he is the only one who can help me with a case filed against me.  Definitely a scam as I have never been informed of a case against myself.

I received a call and it went to my voicemail and they left a messsage saying that I should call back or my attorney that his name was Sam. I did try but it will ring and then go into a busy signal. How does my info get into these people's hands.

wtf?! you too?! got this call few minutes ago and they even know my last 4 digits of my ssn. freaked me out-- called that number and kept on getting busy singals.. what's next?

These people keep calling me and when the guy finally left a voicemail on my cell phone he said his name was Robert Miller and he sounded like he had a load of crap in his mouth. Whenever I try to call the number back I get a busy signal and he got mad when he called back and I said I wanted to speak to someone that spoke English and then he said he would get me the number and then someone from the same number beeped in on my call waiting and I tried to answer but no one was there so I just hung up altogether and they haven't called back anymore today. They too said in the message that I would get arrested for not paying and if I did not call back all he could say to me was good luck to me.

They did the same to me. i really hope no one else gets scammed. They wanted me to go to walmart and buy a money card... they said that they were from bacon and mkenzy law firm. when i told them that i would be pursuing the matter they hung up on me when i tried to call back, the number had been disconnected. however, i called back today and sure enough, it was connected again.
