This caller is a scammer! Everyone needs to contact the FCC (Federal Communications Commision) and report them. Also report it to the Better Business Bureau. We need to make sure they do not take from our friends, Moms, Dads, Children, Grandparents, etc. in these hard economic times or any time for that matter. We need to gang up on them like they gang up on us innocent people.

Caller ID shows SPAM 05 25 10.  Claimed to be with the yellow pages, then with Verizon yellow pages.  Hung up when I asked him what city, because we put different ads in different books.

Called by business number wanting to update my yellow page listing.  Don't have one.  Also, my phone ID says "spam 05 25 10 with the phone number. I hung up on him.

From talking to co-workers, I believe that if you are dumb enough to give them your information, you will find our long distance service changed to something obscure and expensive.  Don't even think about talking to them.

I just got a call from them and the caller ID said "SPAM 05  25  10"  and then the number above.  

I am not real sure if anybody was there or not, answered on the second ring and when nobody spoke up i hung up/

I saw the same "SPAM 05  25  10" on CID. Did not answer and they did not leave a message. SCAMMER

I asked to be taken off the calling list.  This call comes from a cell-phone and says it is from Yellow Pages.   They use a cell phone???   i do not think so.   760 is a southern CA area code but could be from anywhere.  Never give out information; i suspect that it is identity theft.

These jerks keep calling. So one day I went along with their questions. After I was done he said I had to speak to his supervison to confirm. I told him I was working and didn't have time. I never say "yes". I always say "correct". I told him everything was still correct. He informed me that if I didn't speak to the supervisor they would just keep calling back. He was right. They call SEVERAL times a day. Sometimes they hang up when I answer, some telemarkerters think the doctor is going to answer the phone. I have *69 and got the #, called and pressed 1....does not help. These ppl are sooo annoying. They are from India or somewhere. When they do decide to talk the say "we are updating your yellow page ad." Well I know we don't have one with them. So I say "Everything is still correct." They hang up.
If anyone finds a way to stop them let us all know.

the caller id on this number shows up as SPAM 05 25 10.  Why would anyone answer a call from SPAM?!  Give me a break.

I'm going to Oceanside CA to whereever the address is that this phone is and kicking the crap out of everybody I see! I now hate Indians! I hope the people makeing these calls are all killed slow. I'd love to do it myself!!! F%@^ these smelly scumbags!

We have received several calls from a number listed as SPAM 05 25 10 760-526-8572 "yellow pages". Both from a man with a East Indian accent and a female. The first time, I ALMOST fell for it, but I did not verify anything after they told me that after a certain amount of time it would cost money. Told them to take me off there list and they hung up on me. Just now the male called, same deal, but I asked him if he knew that his caller ID came up as SPAM, he said "no, we're just the yellow pages, m'am" I reminded him that I had already asked him and his female associate to take me off their list days ago. He hung up on me again.

Our company (located on the east coast) is also dealing with the same problem ver batum.  Here's what I found out and how you can make some headway.  Maybe if enough people call and threaten legal action like I did the problem will be handled.  Digitcom Services, Inc (888) 421-4999 who is owned by a company called Wildgate leases the 760-526-8572 number to a company called Telephone Management (503)226-4444 who then in turn rents out the number to the spammer.  Call Telephone Management and ask for "David" (I couldnt get a last name) who handles these types of issues.  He had stepped out when I called, and I will keep calling until I get him on the phone, and inform him as I did that you need this activity to cease and if not, legal action will soon follow.  This is the best course of action for you to take.  So far, we havent received any more calls.

SPAM 05 26 10 on CID.  Did not answer and they did not leave message, but I did hear a lot of noise in the background like it was some call center/boiler room operation.

I just got a call from 760-526-8572. After saying "hello" twice, a woman came on and said "Hello, my name is Debbie," with a very thick Indian-sounding accent. Then she acted as if she forgot what to say and hung up. But before she hung up, she told me she was calling about the ATT Yellowpages. There was also a lot of background noise of people talking. It sounded like a call center.

Just got a hang up call from this number.  Funny thing is the information on my caller ID says "SPAM 05 25 10" and then this phone number below.  Looks like one of their victims figured out how to tag this number for what it really is as advance warning for anyone they call.  BIG thank you to shoever did that.  Save me a lot of time and energy!

I got the same scam as Dina. I wonder if we can report them and who would we report them to. It sounded like they had a lot of people doing it because I could hear a lot of voices in the background. They are running a fairly large scam.

Just did some investigating and if you will call the Federal Trade Commision at:888-382-4357 and report them maybe we can make sure noone else falls for this. They told me they were filing it as a scam and if more people call in it will help to aid the investigation so they can go out and stop them. They have to have enough people call in to be able to justify a formal investigation. Please call them to help stop this from happening to other people.Make sure you provide the phone # for them as well. If we do not look out for one another we could all get scammed

I called the FTC at 877-382-4357.  The agent there took my complaint and suggested I call the Better Business Bureau for the area code and see if I could find a business name and send a letter asking them to quit calling.  Hopefully whoever you talked to is taking this more seriously.

These F@#$%$ers keep calling my office and hanging up on me.

When you get a hang up call stay on the line until it REALLY disconnects, and you get a dial tone. Be patient; it may take two or three minutes.
THEN - dial *57 - this initiates a trace (and costs you $1.00), and the phone company's recorded message says that if this happens three times, you can call the toll-free number and initiate legal proceedings against this telemarketer for HARASSING PHONE CALLS (which these certainly are).
