This number calls me many times. When I answered the phone, there is no one speaking!

Have been getting a call from 760-526-8572 for the last couple of days. When I answer there is no one there. Today I called the number back, but got a recording stating that the number is blocked.

This guy keeps calling. I usually don't answer. Today I answered and he ask for me by name, when I said thet was me he hung up.

i hav got multiple calls from this number on my cell at anytime of the damn day i want it to stop, they did not reply when i said hello so i hang up

He has  a strong accent that sounds like he is from India. He told me that I had received $300 in gift cards for Wal-mart. Apparently Walmart randomly draws credit card number from its customers to give them money back. HAHA. But all i needed to do was give my credit card number to him so that he could charge $2 for shipping and handling. He already had all my info to make it sound legit. But i never have given info like to walmart. I asked him many more question to try to get more info out of him. He was very quick to answer all my questions. But i kept telling him that I wasn't interested, but he told me if i hung up I would loss my gift cards because of how they make them. THIS IS A SCAM, do not give him anything. I only kept asking him questions to see how much more [***] he could pull. LOL Also, on walmart's own wedsite its says that it will never ask for personal info over the phone or through a email.

The number 760-526-8572 has been calling numerous times a day across multiple days.
Stating that we have won a different prize each time we pick up.
I know this person is involved in a phishing exercise.
He wont answer who he is with or what site we have signed up on to warrant the constant badgering.

I have traced the number back to its provider    Digitcom Services, Inc.
I have tried to contact them but the number provided is blocked from recieveing calls just like this number is.

i just want them to stop calling me

I have been receiving calls from them for the past few days, they have a terrible accent. Can barely understand what she was saying. She was telling me i would be receiving 300 dollars walmart, and a few other things as a gift from her company  well the CATCH was I had to pay a 2.00 dollar shipping fee. Plus she wanted to know where I lived,  who all lived in my house and some more personal info. I told her No Thank you and Hanged up the phone. I just put the number 760-526-8572 on my blacklist which i have on my cell phone, to block their number from calling.

This number calls me like 6 times a day on my work number.  We're a large company so I don't understand how this number is getting out.  Is there a way to get them to stop?  Thankfully we have caller ID.

Called me roughly around 4 times a week, started to die down because i never answered it but the one time i did claimed to be "Smart Benefits" and my number was randomly selected to win 120 dollar gas card and a 100 dollar Wal-Mart card.. Very strong accented lady who sounded like she didn't know much english.

Started getting calls from this # after applying to job offers on Craigslist.

Eastern Indian male calls claiming that I've been randomly selected to win a $100 gas card and that he just needed my name and address. I repeatedly told him i wasn't interested and he kept saying, "No, it doesn't cost any money!" Yeah right, I hung up. The same number keeps showing up on my cell at least 10 times in the past 18 hrs. I don't answer anymore, so hopefully they will stop!

I looked up info based on the number (which when I called it back it said that the number was blocked and that I would need to contact Customer Service).  So I went looking for information based on the name of the company the guy would give me, Smart Group!  When I called their main office in Pennsylvania (which is now renamed LECG, I explained that I was ready to contact the Better Business Bureau!  The person who answered is looking into the situation so I made mention to her that I had already put this info on this page and she could expect calls from others.  Maybe we can take this other company down by having an actual business and there law team going after this person.  Feel free to call this number and complain about a man claiming to represent their old company name of "Smart Group- the intelligent choice!  Here is the number to call 610-254-0700.

I called them back and it is People's National Health. I made the mistake of checking health insurance online 2 weeks ago and now am getting calls non stop. I told them not to call back so we will see.

Janene are you saying that they actually gave you a full amount of time w/o hanging up, and he gave you time to explain that you would like to be taken off his list?  Out of curiosity, what name did he give you as his?  I believe my telestalker called himself Chris?  I will find some info about People National Health (the actual company if it still exists by that name) and am more than happy to let them know he is falsely representing them.  Whoever they or he are/is that is doing this, they need to be taken care of legally to stop the constant harassment.  Feel free to post a reply if you would like any real company info I find and I will check back later to see if you want the things I find.

I have found ways to make it a harder situation for him.  If you would like to know what I have been doing or would like help in finding a way to take care of this yourself, let me know and I will give you all the information that you need.  If we get another couple of people to call the so-called companies he is fraudulently representing, then we won't have to do anything!  Since most companies do not like to hear that the BBB or Better Business Bureau will  be contacted due to this telestalker acting on their behalves, they will take legal action against the man or group themselves which should shut down this one at least.

I have found a number for Digitcom Services Inc. meant to be used for the actual scum who have the phone services provided to them.  I have called them to let them know that I as well as others on this page have been contacting the BBB and the companies that this man/ group is fraudulently representing, who are planning on taking things to a legal arena if this does not stop.  I also informed them (Digitcom Services) that as the telephone provider for this scam, they will then be listed as co-conspirators because they have been made aware of the scam they are providing services for, and if they do not stop the person from committing these acts, then they are just as guilty as the scammer(s)!  Hopefully this will all stop soon.

There's a guy in California called Ryon Gambill who is a known debt harasser and con man.
He has had a bunch of company names, such as Marauder Corporation, Check Protocol Services, Check Protection Services, National Capital Recovery, Collection Protection Systems and Bill Collector in a Box.

Note that he likes the initials CPS as he can send that on call id and people think it is Child Protection Services.



He has a criminal record and outstanding arrest warrants. Some day Dog the Bounty Hunter will grab him.



He scammed a couple of pay day loan places out of their databases. He also gets your files from Experian, Transunion and Equifax credit reporters.



He’s done some kind of deal with call centers in India as he hopes to keep his name out of it as his name is well known.
