Received a call from the "Google" number: 706-705-8888.
Caller asked if I'd be interested in a photo shoot, looking for students wanting to categorize me as a blonde, redhead or brunette. This is very strange, as I'm not a current student. It quickly turned inappropriate when I asked what the organization was he was calling on behalf of, and I hung up.

The person on the line used profanity with words in can not repeat. some words like F_ _k you up your a_ _ and so forth

calls from 760-705-8888  who is it?

I answered he didn't say anything. I hung up. He called me again. He asked who I was & I asked who HE was. He said my worst nightmare.... I said that's nice. He said uhhh and hung up.

that is when I am getting these calls - at 3 am - and no one there and if I call back - it rings back to me - stop calling me!  
I will find an answer on this!  tired of it!

I know I am tired of it - 3 am almost every night  - no message - I can't call it back - rings back to me -  I do not use Google nor do I use gmail -  does anyone know how to stop it???

They called me at 2 19 this morning

Well I just got a call from that number & with all the BuLLsh#t going on, through the pc's, phones, mail...I DIDN'T answer & I also didn' t make the call back that I normally w/do after learning that some 'geeky creeeps' can frig up a, well I won't go there.  it's true right? & to "google" up there, sure...u r google alright--NOT....here-hear for 1. I love it when u just ask a ? & get a bunch of touchY answers. Ya really know how to 'clear the air'..........................................

So I guess no harm no foul. (phone said Escondido, Calif)

received on my cell phone.  A recorded message with obscenities then threatened to blow me up.  Received over and over within a short period of time.

Its someone calling from Gmail if they call you they are probably a friend or know you in some way

got call from this number last night at 11 30. nothing but heavy breathing.

My 92 year old mother received a call from this number today, identifying themselves as her grandson and asking for money. He had her grandson's name correct but all of the other information surrounding why he needed money was totally out of character and obviously a hoax. This is really scary so let this be a warning. Especially for the elderly who cannot discern such hoaxes.

Caller stated he was from Hydro. When I asked for his company ID number and a phone number that I could call him back on, he hung up.

This number called me and the person waited a second and said, "Hello" (I had not spoken yet).. then I replied back and all of a sudden there was silence again and the person hung up. Similar calls from 1-855-760-1002 multiple times a day over the past couple days.

PEOPLE - I want to learn from you.  Just about everyone of you needs to proof read your posts.  Between the lack of grammer and the misspelled words ....it's like a transcript of a 3-year old.

I am trying.   I do not understand what you are trying to teach everyone else about this 760 705 8888 number.  I received three calls from that number; however, since I did not know who was calling me - I chose to ignore the calls.   The calls came in at 7:50pm,  7:51pm and 7:57pm  The caller did not leave a message.

Do not ever ever ever give anyone any information over the phone.  When someone calls you - they owe you all the respect and you owe them nothing.  It's YOUR phone, not theirs and you are under no obligation to talk to them.  Even if the caller professes to be law enforcement - law enforcement can come to your house and show you ID.  If law enforcement has your phone number, they have your address.  Do not give out your address no matter who the caller claims to be.  If you feel intimidated/frightened call 911 and ask for an officer to be dispatched to your home - tell the dispatcher you believe you are in danger.    MOST IMPORTANTLY DO NOT GIVE STRANGERS ANY INFORMATION.  IF THEY WANT TO KNOW THE TIME....   TELL THEM TO LOOK AT A CLOCK AND HANG UP  DO NOT TELL THEM ANYTHING NO MATTER WHAT THEY ASK.

This guy called here last Saturday evening, said he was with DishTV, and wanted us to make adjustments to our tv sets.  WE told him we could not understand what he was saying, and hung up.  He had a thick accent.  Sort of scary.

I was getting a call every 5 minutes , three times in a row,  This is getting annoying.  How can I stop this?  Thank you.

This person called me and he knew my name, what school I went to, and the name of this chick that I used to be friends with, (he couldent pronounce her name though) and he knew what kinda stuff I did like acting....creeepy stuff

He called here wanting to speak to my husband or someone authorized to talk about our power bills.  When I asked nicely to be removed from the calling list, he disconnected.  He was of Indian origins.

I have been getting repeated calls from this number. I want it to stop.
there is no one on the other end.
