Just got 3 phone calls on my cell from this number in quick succession. When I answered all 3 times, person on other end just kept repeating "Hello? Hello? Hello?" I'm not on FB or any other social media.

It's really quite simple. Don't answer your phone if you do not know the caller. This number called me. I fed the # into my computer and turned up all this data without ever acknowledging that my line is a working number. If you get a number that constantly calls, block it! Don't have a call-block feature on your phone? Panasonic does, and they are available at Wal-Mart. No sense being bothered. You don't have to. Just don't pick up.

the called left a message saying that there was an a car accedent in Prince Rupert B.C (im from Ontario) and the guy that got into accident had a letter with my name on it....

This number keeps calling but no one is on the other end, when the number is called back it simply says the call cannot be completed.

When I saw this was a California area code I was a little alarmed (I live in Canada and do not know a SOUL in California), but it turns out it was just my friend calling from Google Voice or whatever, yes it appears this number is the default number it provides if there is no number with your Google account.

Either way it's crazy; I don't have Facebook/never have my phone number publicly available, yet I still get calls from telemarketers/"you just won a free CRUISE"....and I thought telemarketers could only call landline numbers (I'm not sure why I thought that but...apparently it isn't so lol)

Hi, I've got a call from this number few minutes ago, it's was a man who said my name and asked a girl if she knew someone with the same name than I and he endend yelling my name -__-

this person called my work phone saying they were from HR and needed to speak with me about aprivate matter and i told them to call my cell they did i asked for his name he said it was Chip Davis and hung up

the number called me 5x in a row.... silent... cant call back. hope it doesnt continue.

I am a subway employee. I got a call it was a man with an Indian accent. He ask for my manager. I saw my manager is not here. He said this was Subway Corporation(I been called by subway corporation and I should have knew this was not subway corporation). He told me Craig or Greg list was sending t-shirt and hats. They be delivered tomorrow between 4 and 5pm. He told me to hang up and I get a called with a delivery password. I hung up and I got the call. I wrote the 5 digit number down. He called back he ask for the number. I told him the number and he said that was the hat delivery password. He said you need to get the T-shirt delivery password. I thought I had to hang up. He said you have another phone line. We only have one. He ask for my cell phone. I gave him my cell phone and he text me the other password.
Can he do anything else beside use my phone number to create a Craigslist account.
I emailed Craigslist in attempt of preventing them from using my phone number.

Called me twice cuz i was sleeping and didnt answer at 1130 last night.

I am going to the police. This is illegal for them to provide your information with out your signed aurthorization.

I think i know how this guy got our number. I just went onto google to find out how to fix my straiggt talk micro sim to my iphone to let me use internet. I watched a video from a guy with idian accent. I bet he made that app u install and thats how he got our #s.

I'm a manager at a restaurant in virginia and we received a call from someone claiming to be police officers here with a swat team to arrest one of our customers.

Last time I checked the Swat Team won't warn someone through the phone before arresting them. The ones who called you are [***] Team or Frauds.
