Same as above. Calls day and night and no one is on the phone.  Last year the Alzheimer's Assoc was doing the same thing.  I don't know if this is the same.

We get 3 or 4 calls per day from 1-763-392-5981.  If we answer, there is no one there. If we let the machine get it, no message is left. If we call it back, we get a fast busy signal.  We are also on the Do Not Call list.  Very irritating.

received a call from SFI.  I am also on the national do not call list, but as this is a fundraising company, they're exempt from the national DNC list.  I went to their website, strategicfundraising.com, they have an internal DNC list, so I put my number on that list.

They call several times do not leave message.  I am on do no call list.
They always seem to call while I am watching a good movie.
I have caller Id and if I do not know person do not answer.

Called today at 2:01. Today is Sunday! What the hell? Answered and there was no one there. Calls from Minnesota #763-392-5981 with caller ID of SFI.

This guy called and said he was calling from the national Republican party. He claimed our dues of $250 was due. My wife told him that she leaves all money decisions up to me. He said, he could understand that and that he and his wife make such decisions together and have been for many years, since he is now 78 years old. He then asked if she could commit to a smaller amount. At that point my wife hung up.

The name of this company is "Strategic Fundraising Inc."  I've received numerous calls from them which I did not answer.  I called back 763-392-5981 and a recorded voice announces their name and says that if you were called, it was for a political or charitable fund raising project.  They have an option you can press to enter your phone number so as to be put on their "Do Not Call" list.  They claim to take 48 hours to remove your number from their calling list.

I continue to receive calls from this number and usually when I answer there is no one there.   I am also on the DO NOT CALL LIST.   However, today the number called me again  "763-392-5981  SFI" and I answered...a woman was on the other end claiming to be the National Republican Party.  I did not listen to her speech (even though I am a republican).  I simply asked her to remove my number from their lists.  She apologized and said she removed my number...I guess we will wait and see.

This is what I heard when I dialed from my office:

"Hello you have reached Strategic Fundrasing. Strategic provides telephone fundraising services for political and non-profit organizatons through out the USA. If you were wondering why you were called by this number, it is likely that we are calling you on behalf of a charity or political organization that you support. If you received a phone call from us and would like your number added to our outbound do not call list please press 0, if you would like to end this call please press 1."

This number calls me sometimes twice a day.  I filed a complaint w/FTC & hope everyone else does.
