I got the same call on today.  I did not answer.  The ID caller says, "K Hardy", whoever that is.

Thanks! I'm working with the same insanity, only an HD TV service, that never stays working, with a thick India accent telling me to call and use a pin number, this has been for a complete day, working on two! I HATE VERIZON and other service monopolies as well, someone has to stop this hostage take-over of our services, etc. I'm about ready to pull the plug and do without them all!

my caller ID came up saying K Hardy.  Didn't answer it. my voice mail is shutoff so no one can leave a message.  Looks like according to this page it may be Verizon.  I did use Verizon tech support a few days ago so maybe they are following up.  My DSL kept cutting out, they told me my modem was outdated and sent me  new one no charge then helped me set it up.

I just got a call from this # 770-779-0065, but when I answered it the phone beeped and they hung up! The # did show up on my cell, but nothing else!

Ended a 30 minute circular chat (after typing Thanks-Bye) with Verizon and then received a call from this number on both home and cell phones.  He wanted to know if my FIOS service was working and gave a phone number to call.  All this for a question on how to replace a broken remote. ., .

Got 2 calls today from K Hardy 770/779-0065 on cell and landline. Didn't answer and they left no message. I too have had internet issues with Verizon recently . On phone with them yesterday. In fact a tech showed up here yesterday that was due today instead. When you plug this # into True Caller it says Thomas C White in Centerville, MA. All very suspicious.

I had my Cable TV set-top box saying I am not subscribed to a Chanel in error.  So I opened the chat window on Verizon Support page.  They asked for a phone number in case we are cut off during the chat.  After 20 minutes I realized that the person at the other end has no clue and keeps on PASTING TEXT from some customer care manual .... "Sorry for the inconvenience" ....  To make a long story short, I ended up typing Obviously You have no clue and closed the chat.

Almost immediately  my phone rang //// Call form---  (770-779-0065) caller ID:   SATYAM BPO Saty and they hung up.  They did that 2 more times and hung up on me, until I blocked the number.

Looked like the support person in INDIA was pissed that I told him he has no clue and wanted revenge.

twice now today states number from Georgia    how many more do we need to get before the phone companies figure out how to stop.  I get phone calls using a Wisconsin area code and I block and they then use another number with same area code.,

I received a call from this number and the id said "K Hardy". I answered and the man with the accent said he was from Verizon. He asked if I was able to access the internet. Last week, i had a problem with my email and did call Verizon. The man I talked to told me that I had to change my password and he helped me do it. No problems since so I assume this was a follow up call.

Told me they were updating a GPS service.   Had to ask what the guy wanted.  Had no official  company name.

This sounds almost identical to what happened to me but my issue was not able to log on to verizon email which I do daily.  Tried several times but eventually got locked out of the system and had to go through the routine of resetting my password and security question, etc.  Was curious as to why my original password info was not accepted and began a live chat with a verizon rep ("Jaweed") on their web page.  Jaweed was utterly useless but just about every reply was preceded by a "Sorry for the inconvenience".  Frustrated with useless Jaweed and still not able to get a straight answer to my question I wrote that I was done and closed the live chat.  BINGO!  The phone rang immediately with a call form 1-770-779-0065 with caller ID displaying SATYAM BPO SATY.  Left no message.  So far no other calls.  After reading posts here I will block this number.  WTF is verizon doing outsourcing "live chat" to scammers operating out of India??

It's Verizon.  I just had a tech support call from them and they called me both on my land line and cell.  Although the call originates from over seas, they use VOIP phone service which has the line originate from GA.  This is a call that I initiated so it wasn't a sales call.

They call and dont leave message.. I dont even have verizon fios and dont want that crap service

Received call after talking to Verizon. person asked  to access my computer.  I agreed then she asked for the number on my DSL box.  I said no and hung up.

He is legitimate but was unable to fix my On Demand problem.FIOS decided on a new format that favors customers buying/renting movies and the heck with viewing TV programs we missed. Boo FIOS.
