They call ALL the time, at all hours of the day and night!  The only time I actually answered the phone, the woman claimed I had won a family pass to a water park in Kissimmee.  I told her VERY NICELY that I was NOT interested, and to please not call again.  MONTHS AGO, that should have been the end of it, as I am registered with the FTC DNC, but the calls continue.  Most of the time I just let the machine pick-up, but if I DO answer, the caller hangs-up on me.  I have just registered a formal complaint with the FTC online, and it was so easy I don't know why I have not done it before.  https://www.donotcall.gov/Complain/ComplainCheck.aspx

at least 3 calls a day noone ever says anything just hang up.  call back says toll free # disconnected

Guy called me at work and said he was giving credit to people who were in the same business as me and blah, blah, blah, and the company's name was something something Enterprises.  I said I wasn't interested and I hung up and when I *69, it was the same number that called me twice last week and just hung up.  and the same message came on when I tried to call them back, some idiot with a bad accent saying the number has been disconnected.  i looked up the number and it is from Miami Florida.  If they call again I'm going to reach through the phone and break their face.  this kind of thing happens all the time to me at work and I report everyone to the Do Not Call and nothing has been done about it.  If enough people report this number maybe Do Not Call will actually take action.

talking to them right now says i won a drawing at the mall(Lakeland square)they say they are located in orlando,they are trying to sell liki tiki,not sure about spelling,water park,90 minute tour,$40 gift gas card,free cruise after tour. i again told them to put me on their do not call list. also called # back still says disconnected. the lady on the phone assured me that someone would answer when i called back, not.

Today I got 3 calls from the number and some rude lady responded when I answered just a few minutes ago.......she asked to speak to Aaron, I told her she had the wrong number and that I had registered on the Do Not Call Registery, she said I wasn't calling you so it doesn't matter. I asked her to please stop calling and hung up on her......she then called back from an UNKNOWN number and called me a white trash tramp and she'd call me when she wanted.

By the way they called at 5:48pm on 6/6/07, and then called back at 5:49pm

Received a call from 786-923-0962, I did not pick up as I did not recognize teh number, CID picked it up and looks like a telemarketer.  I am on the National Do NOT Call List, so I will report this and I will report this to teh FTC.  I hope they get fined for violating the telemarketing laws.

They have called atleast 2-3 times a week.....

This number calls me all the time, once when i said DO NOT CALL ME the person said "I will call you everyday until you die" then he hung up on me.

These ppl have been calling my phone and when i answer they just hang up and when i call it back it says the toll free number you are trying to call is disconnected!!! It is so [***] Grrrr.....

I'm registered on the Do Not Call Registry, and that is where I am reporting this number.  Their website is https://www.donotcall.gov/default.aspx, not the one you have listed here. Simply logging a complaint at a website won't do as much as logging a complaint with the agency which has been created to handle these complaints. I think 7 calls from this number is my limit.  I'm reporting all of their calls, since they are still on my cell.

They've called everyday for the past three days. I answered ones thinking it was a job prospect, and they hung up on me. All I know about this number is what I have read on this forum. I AM ON THE DO NOT CALL LIST! Someone needs to do something about these nusances.

Yep, yep and yep.  Ditto all of the above!  "They"(786-923-0962)cll'd 2x's today..no response when you say "Hello"..then a dial tone.  I cll'd the # back to yell at them..got "The toll free # you have called has been disconnected" spiel. Can't SOMETHING be done? These folks are a menace to society.  And, yes, we too are on the no-call list.  Lotta good that does!  There..I vented!  :)

Calls numerous times a day on my cell phone, never leaves a message, haven't answered. They started calling me a couple months ago and then stopped for a few months and now they've started again! Ahhhhhhh!

Kept getting calls from that number.  Ditto everyone elses experiences. 3-4 times a day.  Never leaves a message, and never answers when I pick up ..... Until today.  It apparently belongs to "EMC Promotions" and I have won a cruise.  Despite being on the DNC list also.  Called my phone carrier and was told that there was nothing I could besides file a police report.  I told the woman today that if they did not stop calling immediately, I would file harrassment charges.  JUst glad to see I'm not the only one.  I just wish we could do more.

786 923 0962  Keeps calling and the calls are becomming more concurrent.

I have sprint cell service.  Call your phone company and ask them for a malicious calls packet.  Most phone companies have these available and they are forwarded to their corporate security or attorney department and then on to law enforcement.  Sometimes these departments are known as sapina compliance departments.  Further You can call the State Attorney for whatever state the call is coming from.  I'm giving the State of Florida a copy of my phone records and links to sites like this to help show my case.

I have received in excess of 30 calls from this number at all times of the day and night. No one is ever there....shows disconnected. I will soon change my cell number if this does not stop.

My caller ID has 2 missed calls from this number, but it says "Sunland Propert"  When I called it I also got the recording about the "toll-free number has been disconnected". I have also been on the Do Not Call Registry since it began. I have reported it; hopefully with enough complaints something will be done about it.
