Received a voicemail telling me it's imperative I call 1-800-210-2892 about credit card debt reduction. I don't use credit cards, only debit card....

Recorded message (man's voice) left at least three times (so far) on my unlisted home phone voice mail:

"This is Chris St. James with Broadcom at 800-210-2892. I am calling regarding your credit card balances and the minimum payments that aren't going up.  It's imperative that you call me back.  You now qualify for the Debt Reduction Allowance Program.  Again, my name is Chris St. James and my phone number is 800-210-2892, and it is imperative that you give me a call."

According to this website, this call actually originated from LIB Management, Inc., or perhaps Lucre, Inc., which is apparently a collection agency.  I have received a number of very similar recorded messages left on my voice mail (unlisted home phone) by persons misrepresenting themselves as "Lyndon Hall with Channel Docs Information" and "Simon Phelps with Imperial Research", which apparently also originate from LIB Management, Inc.

I do not have any credit card debt so it seems that this collection agency is not even trying to harrass me but someone else entirely!

I receive this call constantly!

We get this call for credit card reduction approximately twice a week. I've now registered our business #s with the do-not-call-list so hopefully this call will stop soon.

Called them and told them they keep calling my office.  Told them to quit calling our office.  Lady wanted know if we had any debt.  Told her none of her business and to remove our name from their list.

She hung up then.

Well try and get their fax number then send them black pages and run their toner out.  Neat thing about fax by email flood the fax machine makes them change their fax number.  Do it four or five times a day at mdinight.  No fax number no business.

I get calls from Chris St. James at least 3-5 times every day.  I have no credit card debt so I call and asked to be removed, they hang up.  I call and ask for their manager, they hang up.  I ask for Chris St. James and he is always on a break!  I don't think he exists.  This is extremely annoying.  I pay for my phone not them.  They have no right to constantly clogg my answering service with messages!

They are NON-STOP calling me, it's getting out of control, and every time I call them to say STOP CALLING ME, they IMMEDIATELY hang up on me. Even when I called to say I need to speak with a Manager: CLICK! They just hang up! How is this legal?!?!?!

It called my cell phone.  Same as above, word for word.  Chris Saint James.  Same number, everyting. My caller ID said 702-520-1396, but the message on my voicemail said to call 800-210-2892.

This guy has called my cell at least five times in the past 2 months! He never reaches me personally--it always automatically goes to my voicemail. Please stop him!!

did get same call, today, at my work

I received this voicemail word for word twice on my work number in the last week.  They always call after work hours so I can't tell them to f-off.

I got the same call, word for word.
Also, I just took a personal finance class, and we learned about how people get their identities stolen. THIS IS ONE OF THE WAYS. don't call them and give them information. its a huge scam.
Problem is, I have no idea how to get them to stop calling. If you call back, they hang up on you.
Oh, and he calls with a different number every time also. I have gotten calls from these, with the same message:

Same message word for word as the above messages, I called back and they asked if I wanted help reducing my gas bills. Told them I had no debt so they hung up.

Called to Cellphone in 801 (Salt Lake) area code

I was called from this number and left a message. I then called back and asked that I be removed from their list, I was hung up on. I then called again and was hung up on a second time. I then  called and immediately asked to speak to a manager, a manager came on the phone and said that I called them and that they couldn't take my number off. At this point i was so angry that i hung up. I AM SO FRUSTRATED! This needs to stop immediately.
PS I don't have any debt.

This call/message has appeared on my phone/message machine several times.

It is not my call/ don't need this "sevice"

Just got this call on my cell phone for the first time today. My phone said 702-520-1396 but the message said to call the 800 number. I have no debt at all.

Exact script as reported above from Chris St. James called our home number (which is a brand new phone number).  On caller ID the first call showed up as "paging phone NV 702-520-1396" and the 2nd call showed up on caller ID as
"Int'l Gateway 757-644-5874". I am not calling back!! Instead, I am calling my telephone company and making a report, I may also call the FCC and make the same report.
