They’ve been calling for months asking for a “Jacob Bugbee” which is not me nor do I know one. I’ll tell them they have the wrong number and they just keep calling, it made it pretty clear they’re just spam. They have several different phone numbers and every time I ask “what kind of agency is this?” They mumble something and hang up on me. Must be a pretty disgusting spam ring, but it’s not and hasn’t scared me at all because they don’t even have my name right.

Called my cell phone. Then called my work telling me that I owed $$ from an old credit card I had some 15 years ago. Said they did a credit check and searched my name thru the DMV.

Scam. I have reported calls to the FTC. Calling over and over, and outside of business hours, for a different person. Refuse to remove my phone number.

This is not legitimate. Do not give them any information. They were operating as Evolution Mediation Group. They took that website and updated it within the past couple of weeks to Excalibur Mediation Group (I have screen shots of the Evolution Mediation website showing it's the same website address, contact info, graphics, etc, now with a new name). The change is likely due to a judgement having been issued against them in February (verifiable through a Google search of Evolution Mediation Group). I've personally reported them to every regulatory authority possible with zero help in bringing these scammers to justice. Keep reporting them, and maybe someone will finally take notice. But in the meantime, don't give them any of your information.

Get several calls weekly from a local number (919-750-0673) asking me to call back at this number. I called back and hey claim to be collecting on an outstanding debt that I paid off over 20 years ago. When I challenged him, the man on the phone became aggressive and combative. I ended up hanging up on him. It's all a scam and I plan to report it.

Yes, a phony debt collection scam.  I see from other earlier posts, this same number is used for the famous Microsoft tech support scam. This tends to indicate the calls are coming from India.

This collection agency is currently going by Excalibur Mediation Group, 3212 Northlake Parkway,Suite 451386, Atlanta, GA 31145. Their website is http://www.emgrpllc.com . I've gotten multiple robo-calls from them for someone that isn't associated with my number. C&D letter is going out today.

Continue to get calls for "Sterling Solomen"  saying they need to discuss my case.   I blocked the number but it still leave an automated message on my voicemail.  I called back and asked they remove my number from his file, whoever "he" is.   Did not identify themselves when they answered.

Urgent Business Matter B.S. Call actually originated from a local cellphone #  7206131176. Scam suspected.

Robocall perpetrating possible scam. Called from 561-771-8189 but message says to call 800-218-0275 to speak to a case manager about an important business matter. They call often from different numbers. I block the calls, but they keep calling from different numbers. They've tried calling family members too.

scammer call trying to scare you into giving them information! Do not return the call or talk to them. They are fake trying to scare you into giving them money.
They use a local number to try and make you think it is legit.

They've called and left messages mentioning à case worker and urgent matter. It's extremely bogus phishing for personal information. The call originates from a local #. Currently 720-6131176. A caller who works on commission from the suckers who do fall for this scam. Don't even bother calling back. Just report them and block the # of origin if you can do that on your phone. Never give ANY info to these scammers.

Scam caller demanded payment on a 12 year old credit card debt that I had already settled in 2010. Refused to send anything in the mail. Threatened to take me to court if I didnt pay in the next 24 hours, see you in court!!!

This numder 8002180275 knows my address family and there cell numbers and have called and left a message on my moms cell phone. They know where I work and my social security number  and are asking me to settle a bill from 2008. I called the bank the bill was from and asked them to send me a bill and set up a payment plan and they told me the bill was closed years ago and I didn't need to do any of that. They sound very convincing but there are a SCAM!

They were saying they were Excalibur Mediation Group and collecting on behalf of a card I had back in 2012. I never had a card in 2012. I asked for their tax ID number and they couldn't give it. I hung up.

they keep calling and the person who answered was rude. saying that they were going to that me to court if I did not make a payment arrangement right away.  they are very good about having your information. please do not fall for this scam.
