Very aggressive scam artists that had my full social security number. They also called my mother the same day. I froze my account with all 3 bureaus and blocked the phone number. If you ask for information they will say they've been mailing you notices. When you ask for an e-mail they will say you have to accept the offer to pay the entire balance the day-of in order to receive anything. They will try to get you to repeat your personal information back to them to confirm it. And lastly, if you mention that they seem scammy, they'll ramp up the volume, speak really fast, and rattle off the number of the "old" credit card you still owe on, along with a litany of legal terms I'm pretty sure they don't understand.

Yes I did, I've reported them to several agencies and their website has since disappeared from the web, as far as I can tell. After I blocked their phone number, they even tried sending me an e-sign debt collection letter through rightsignature.com- I reported them to the e-sign company as well, with a link to this page and to their BBB rating.

When I told them I could see they were a scam by Googling them, they actually told me "Ma'am our claims spoke with Google to let them know we are affiliated with speaking to you about this matter"- spoke to Google?? Affiliated with speaking to me?? The debt collections letter they sent me was riddled with misspellings as well. Pathetic.

Yep, their website is now parked.  However Evolution is still up.

I received a call from them several times a day saying I owe them back from years ago.  They have threatened me with legal action and I told them please file a law suit so that I can have them arrested for the fraudulent information and them trying to extort funds from me.  they hung up on me.  I also told them i am filing suit against them for harassing phone calls.

Extremely abusive and combative. Would not give information on what company they are or their names. Then I finally get someone who says they are "scallop remidiation" and the voicemail says its "anthony phillips". Demands I call him.

Ever since I checked my credit score on Lenders Tree. I have this number calling me every single day. I had owed a credit card company over 9 years ago and since I am now on disability I have no way of repaying them. I didn't know that lenders tree shares your information to debt collectors. So please be aware when you're filling out forms to obtain your credit score because they do share your information to third parties and to debt collectors.

What do I do if I already verify information with them?

Same. Scam debt collection for a credit card I never had. Insisted on immediate payment to avoid legal action or arrest.

I received a call from Angela Daniels who provided my information, I did not provide it to her. She had a my SSN and date of Birth but the wrong address listed for me. I asked her what it was in regards to and she said I owed a debt to Wells Fargo Bank within the last two years. I had student loans through Wells Fargo about 10 years ago and I paid them. I did have my identity stolen when my car was taken 5 years ago but she refused to listen to me saying its my debt and would not provide me the address of the company in order to send a letter to verify the debt.

Call constant from different numbers saying I owe a debt or there is a judgement  pending against me I will never answer unknown numbers and have created a scammer contact where they all go.

Calls come through a local number spoofing robo voice announces name then call case manager at 800 218 0275. No legit company would call for a debit collection without their name and case manager  is not real either theres no name. Do not call them back they will extort money from you!
